Was decent for 25 minutes but it's just been shit attempts at shithousing since then.

Seen enough of the Southampton manager in this half to know he knew exactly what was going on with spying.

The Saints manager is a proper worm isn’t he hahaha

Something creepy about his gestures. Done a decent job there so far.

Boro choking under pressure like they have done all season it seems

To be fair Boro should have put this beyond Saints in the first half of the first game.

Harwood-Bellend will be getting a ban

Seems that way if the ref puts it in his report.

EFL won't do anything meaningful

Talk is that it has to be a sporting sanction rather than a monetary one. Middlesbrough manager has already said they will keep training for the final even if they lose this. No idea how they plan to wrap up any decision plus appeal process by the date of the final.

Given the money on the line, this will rumble on. All a little farcical but would be funny to see how they handle it.

The whole "spy" thing is a farce really.......i don't think you would learn anything you wouldn't by watching Boro's last 38 games!

I agree to be honest, it's a bad look for Southampton and a shit tactic but is it not upto to Middlesbrough to ensure security?

Not sure about points deductions or being kicked out of competition personally.

Apantley, from what i've read their is public access to Boro's traing ground as it's next to a golf course......so unless the Saints scout was walking round in full saints kit nobody would have thought anything of it! I'd have thought it would be hard to prove anyway............Who Knows?

Surely not that hard to prove if they can prove who it was, that he's an employee of Southampton and that he was taking video footage. All of which there is pretty incontrovertible evidence of.

Depends if he was on Public Land.........then you can take as many Video's as you like........Doesn't make it right, but that's the law.

This is nothing to do with "law" but EFL regulations.

Quote

Section 127 of the regulations says: “Without prejudice to the requirements of Regulation 3.4 (that each Club shall behave towards each other Club with the utmost good faith), no Club shall directly or indirectly observe (or attempt to observe) another Club’s training session in the period of 72 hours prior to any match scheduled to be played between those respective Clubs.”

Him and Weaver between them know less than that.

I can't describe how angry Weaver makes me when watching the 'EFL' on Sky, to the point I can only stomach watching the Play-Offs these days.

You've gotta learn to embrace it man. Personally I'd love nothing more than to go for a pint with him and 'Prutts' to chat about the SkyBet

Don Goodman demanding that the ball boy (that young man) be removed.

You only get this in the play-offs!
