Both of these teams look better than the dross that was served up last night

No surprise there really .

Very much the story of Middlesbrough recently.

Dominate but not score except for one recent game ….

More Championship clubs fear they have been targets of Southampton’s spying

Quote

other second-tier clubs have shared with the Guardian their surprise at the ease with which Southampton adapted to supposedly unexpected team shapes and appeared able to second-guess set-piece routine

Never heard anything like it lol

Just out of interest what could a club gain from spying on a training session?  Seems risk outways reward by a massive amount.

If they spied on us they would have found out we played 4-2-3-1. Scandalous if they did this.

The whole concept of sending someone to stand in the bushes with a set of binoculars seems so ridiculous in this day and age. Surely there are drones that can sit hundreds of meters away and get easy footage of the whole sessions that can be interpreted by AI etc? Rather than just Timmy saying "oh yeah they practised the shape a bit but I couldn't really see from where I was".

Imagine finding out that we were also spying on opponents last season!lol

Even worse if Southampton did spy on us and we still put three past them.

Both Millwall and Hull are dismal. Hard-working and committed, but absolutely no end product or bit of quality.

Can’t see one premier league player on this pitch.

There it is.

Also, tell me you’re North African without telling me you’re North African. What a goal.

Lovely finish. Sort of finish you'd see Mahrez stick away. Very little back lift with plenty of curl on the shot.

He is a bit of a Poundland Mahrez to be fair.

These got 83 points. I'm sorry, this was an awful Championship. Getting relegated from this is unbelievable.

This is where a more pragmatic type like Alex Neil only gets you so far. Onus was on Millwall to go and win this at home tonight and they’ve not created enough of note.

And Hull finished 10 points behind them.

We made most teams look like Madrid though. Just rewatched that epic Swansea goal. You really couldn’t believe what you saw with your own eyes. Atrocious isn’t even close.
