fox_up_north Posted 20 March 2025 Posted 20 March 2025 "Hiya mate, remember how you had kind words after you knocked us out the cup? Fancy a job?"
OntarioFox Posted 22 March 2025 Posted 22 March 2025 https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/c04zk53z1yno.amp Honestly wouldn't surprise me, given that the extent of the Board's research seems to be reading BBC articles on their lunch break. 3

Would be an interesting punt for sure, my only concern is we need someone who will come in and facilitate a top to bottom restructuring of the playing and coaching staff, QSF can never seem to keep a job more than 18 months.
cityfanlee23 Posted 23 March 2025 Posted 23 March 2025 Thiago Motta has just been sacked by Juventus.....

davieG Posted 27 March 2025 Posted 27 March 2025 Liam Rosenior https://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/leicester-city-former-derby-county-10059247 https://www.leicestercity.news/news/leicester-city-want-exciting-manager-to-replace-ruud-van-nistelrooy-hes-already-beaten-the-foxes-once-before/ https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/leicester-city-ligue-1-manager-10059123 1
Skidmark Posted 27 March 2025 Posted 27 March 2025 Rosenior would be a great shout. Give him a few years here at least though, as he does tend to get about a bit.
AjcW Posted 27 March 2025 Posted 27 March 2025 He’d be a brilliant shout. Actually think the reason he’s there though is because Chelsea are developing him for them. So it could be another case of having him for a season or two and then off he goes
kingfox Posted 27 March 2025 Posted 27 March 2025 Strasbourg have the youngest squad in Ligue 1, if that’s one of Rosenior’s key focuses, then I’d have him here in a heartbeat.
Nolucklcfc Posted 27 March 2025 Posted 27 March 2025 Wouldn’t be against that. Although I do think we need a horrible bastard in charge 1
RoboFox Posted 27 March 2025 Posted 27 March 2025 (edited) Strasbourg very likely to qualify for Europe. Why in the fvck would he want to come to Nice Training Ground FC who will be languishing mid-table in the Champo this time next year? Seems like our support aren't the only ones who need a reality check if the board are genuinely making noises about this. Not a serious club. Edited 27 March 2025 by RoboFox
Pita Posted 27 March 2025 Posted 27 March 2025 We can change the manager every week but it’s the people above him that need changing first 1

cityfanlee23 Posted 27 March 2025 Posted 27 March 2025 I don't think Rosenior would entertain us (or Motta), if he was to leave he will be offered a bigger job than us given his turnaround at strasbourg, my only concern would be his style is quite cautious from what i've seen, im sure he was sacked from Hull because he wasn't attacking enough? They scored quite a few goals under Rosenior though so I guess it was more about the style and build up rather than the goals. His Strasbourg team aren't exactly brimming with talent relative to the teams above them but their goals scored aren't amazing. Would be lucky to get him though. 1
