I think he will get the sack once we’re officially relegated. I can only imagine we have a cheap break clause upon relegation but on the other hand that’d be too much like good planning.

Chansari to King Power. Glutton for punishment.

It's a step up, just about. Top is just negligent and terrible at his job, but staff at least get paid to be bad at their jobs.

Still, exactly the same thought crossed my mind lol

Danny Rohl sheff Wednesday boss being touted as next Leicester boss if the pulled the plug on RVN, I’d rather plug him into the mains see if that gave him anymore passion on the Touchline the miserable stubborn incompetent Arsehole !!

It’s not that they don’t spend money true, it’s they don’t spend it wisely.

Any manager we attract will be because of the badge. The history. The club. The fanbase. We are and will continue to be a club with massive potential and as a one club city, that potential has still after all those years not been fully realised.

We are a good job in the premier league but we are an absolute huge job in the championship.

any hinderance is down to KP and their incompetence.

So while KP and their cronies may think it’s them who attract the good in us, it gives me pleasure to know that. We’re Leicester City and we will never die.

Who would want to take this mess on?

I think managers will still see this as a decent job. Enzo had a decent season with us in the championship, got us promoted and ended up at Chelsea.

Which is why we should absolutely be looking at young upcoming managers, sell them the dream of what they could achieve and where it could lead, rather than going for “names” or managers with previous experience but their powers are on the wane.

It's a bloody mess here, but somehow less of a mess than it is at Wednesday

Henrik Rydström - absolute no chance but cracking on paper

tbf he'd be a really good choice, but honestly our club wouldnt look at a manager from a league like that sadly, plus a manager like him would defo help look at more talent in that region too

but we know are club is run by morons

If we want to focus on bringing through the likes of Nelson, Alves, Evans, Monga, then we really have to follow a Sunderland type model.

Mowbray and now Le Bris have been perfect for them, two managers with history of giving youth a chance.

We desperately need a manager who will do similar.

well it aint RVN, hes another "name over qualities" manager imo

I don’t expect anyone to keep this shit up so it’s about getting in the right man to rebuild could takes years though

Need a Nigel, a Martin O’Neill or a Brian Little type manager to turn this dinghy round.

Id go for Danny Rohl if he’s available. Failing that someone who can clear out the crap, start a rebuild while using the youngsters from the academy.

No chance. Our stated ambition is top six and there’s no way a relegation clause would have been in Ruud’s contract. We’d have to pay him the 3 years like we did with Brendan, and Cooper.

Where did the club state that our ambition was to finish in the top six this season?

it wouldnt shock me if there was a relegation review clause or something like that in his contract, where the performance of his time is reviewed by the club and RVN; hopefully both come to the conclusion its best for RVN to **** off

Supposedly we were interested in the summer…

However The Athletic relay that Davide Ancelotti intends to leave at the end of the season. The 35-year-old is believed to be keen to start his own coaching career, and this could be the season he does so.

For my eyes we certainly need someone with Championship experience, look at the top 3 Wilder, Parker and Farle all have multiple promotions on their CV.

I think Enzo was very fortunate he had a squad who were far too good for the league and bought into his style of play. If you look at what we might be left next year compared to what we had 2 years ago.

1 recognised goalkeeper who has played less than 40 senior games of football. Of the defence they are either wanting out (Faes, Kristiansen, Okoli) injured to the point are now broken (Justin, Ricardo) 2 years older ( Vestergaard, Coady.) Midfield the same, Ndidi and Soumare will want out, Winks 2 years older and lost all desire now his beloved Enzo has gone, Skipp will probably be functional but no KDH by any means. Wide players Fatawu providing his ACL hasn't negated some of his raw ability will be a weapon, otherwise you're left with the OAP's of Ayew and Reid on either side. Up top we will have likely 1 recognised senior striker in Daka who was about 4th choice 2 years ago.

It's going to either need someone to get a tune out of a completely demoralised mob, or look to move as many on as possible and rebuild, that's not a small job and certainly not a job for an inexperienced coach such as RVN. Ofcourse the problems are much higher up, but can anyone really see any movement in the board room to change the way we operate? In which case this managerial appointment is crucial, get it wrong and we're down there for a while if not worse.

If Boro don't go up Carrick would be my choice if you can prize him away, equally Rohl would be a solid option if he hasnt already sorted his next move. We need a manager, not a head coach, someone who is going to reset the standards at the club, reign in the egos and command respect. Basically Pearson from 10 years ago.
