Season is done, no matter who comes in. But RVP needs to step down for his own sake, get in some one till the end of season. Who ain't got a clue? Dyche... would be pointless. Should have came in three games ago... to late now. I'd say get MON back in for the last remaining games, not to keep us up but bring some much needed excitement to the fans. A club legend and see if some sort of pride can come out from these lads. If not MON then Pearson.

I think we need to get our priorities right here. It has to be someone cut-throat who can burn it all down and then rebuild it.

We are down now and we all know it. 

The hierarchy should spend the next few months looking at potential managers both in this country and from abroad to see what they could potentially bring to the club. 

Theirs no need to make a rash decision.

Everton actually have a decent squad though. Genuine PL quality like Doucoure, Tarkowski, Branthwaite, Ndiaye, Pickford etc. We only really have Hermansen and El Khannous who you can argue are at the level required.
