Probably once the seasons done and dusted and we take our place in the Championship....Ruud is dismissed and a new chapter begins surely Top needs to offer a statement and apologise for the many mistakes made in the 2024/25 season....its him steering this ship and he is culpable for the good times and just as equally the bad...fans need some reassurances that things will change...surely? I mean the silence right now from the board is deafening...that can't just carry on treating the fans like idiots

Top or his cronies don’t have the decency or integrity for that. It will be a statement of how great they are in beating the points deduction. Probably a dig at Enzo for leaving us. Compliments to themselves on getting rid of Cooper and praising their forward thinking in finding Ruud for the championship despite 3 quarters of the PL season left. Finished off with a comment on their ongoing ambition. The families commitment and finally a we will back.
 

The club will follow that up with a tweet of “New Era, New Leicester” join us as we are led by Khun top for a historic 9th second tier title.

They can because the majority of this fanbase still think the owner can do no wrong.

Any sort of apology would be half hearted, likely mixed in with a mention of Vichai for a guilt trip for even daring to say anything and done by AI on programme notes. 

 

I think the closest we got to Top's thoughts was his statement after we last went down. The petulance and chip on his shoulder was there for all to see.

They’ll be planing the promotion party, the influencers, the buses, the ticker tape, t-shirts with a wanky phrase and logo on,  Cup cakes, warm beer, statements, all the fu©️king statements,  new ways to control the fans, ways to cut costs but to charge more on merchandise, a wider range of sh1te to flog via email on tacky Tuesdays, working out how we can become the Tottenham fu©️king Hotspurs of the midlands with a waiting list of 10,000 fans and all of this because of great work they’ve done with The FAB and The Fan Engagement Framework.

 

We are blessed with this. Be grateful. We were once in league one.

As if an apology will make things better, it does not rectify anything. All I want is for our owner to learn from his rash mistakes because he's clearly out of his depth and shouldn't be making football decisions on a micro level.
