Playing devil's advocate, perhaps a simple "SACK THE BOARD" is an option for a future banner.

None of the current board impresses me.

Hello Anthony, I know you read the forums!

Maybe but I like that this banner names an actual entity.

I have donated and whilst I don’t mind any of the banners, I do get some of the arguments regarding King Power Out. I think its important to streamline the message otherwise you lose the impact. Going from Rudkin out against Arsenal to this just doesn’t make sense to me.

Any message needs to target the board personally

Edit: Another thing is you want to unite as much of the fanbase as possible rather than this which may split it even more

regardless of the above credit to @ozvaldo for setting this up

King Power Out is the best message; Rudkin out is not doing anything remotely he will be here untill King Power depart , Top does not give a shit simple as that, so targeting King Power is the right message and hopefully pressure the useless incompetent clowns.

I think there is a fine line between the right message and the most impactful message. I completely agree that Top is the reason we are in this mess but frustratingly in the fanbase we are in the minority. For me we need more of the fanbase to turn and I feel this would get a bigger reaction with “Sack the Board” etc.

Strange how times change. It wasn't that many years ago that King Power were voted one of the best owners in a fans poll. Turning point for me was the sad loss of Vichai. Leadership at board level has plummeted since his tragic death.

King Power didn’t “give us” the premier league and the Fa Cup. Especially not the Premier League. The Premier League win was a one off, major historical moment in not only footballing history but our history too. By all logic, it should never have happened but it did. It belongs to Leicester City Football Club. Pretending they “gave it” to us is ridiculous. They didn’t sit there hiring an unemployed Italian and acquiring a squad of unlikely hero’s with the aim to pick league title - they were as shocked as the rest of us.  There was investment but no Jack Walker equivalent. There was no record Alan Shearer/ Chris Sutton equivalent signing at the time.

In actual fact, if anyone did, we “gave it” to them. Stop belittling our history by suggesting otherwise. We all benefitted from the most unlikely of stories but that win is our magical moment - moments other clubs have also had. There was no super plan to achieve it.

Spot on.

Be careful, these might give you a paper cut with their clapper.

I’m surprised they have enough spare time between picking their picnics to take with them to the KP.

Just my take on this, but I think you have scored a massive own goal by targeting King Power directly. The media, other teams fans will see it as a couple of hundred unhappy fans all chipping in a tenner to fly a plane over the stadium because we've been rubbish for a few years, whilst probably 80% of fans if interviewed at the match will be loyal to the brand. If you had gone with the original slogan, I think a lot of those 80% if interviewed would be sympathetic and agree with the cause. You might as well have a banner with, we think 'tops a cvnt' on it, as to the majority and the wider world that's how they will perceive it.

Saying "King Power Out" is like saying you want the head teacher of a school sacked because one of the teachers is shit.

For protests to be successful they have to be intelligent, logical, sensible and well though out.  KING POWER OUT is like a drunken rant on a Saturday night, not a sensible objection.

As a teacher, one must disagree with your sentiment.

Headteachers must be held accountable for what happens inside of their school as they and a leadership team are in charge of the ethos and the running of the school.

In the analogy, our Headteacher (Top) has shown that he has run the school (club) into the ground, and has a Leadership Team around him who are equally inept and poor.

Things are rotten and wrong at the top, it filters down to the kids, (players) and performance/results are not good enough and lead to eventual failings of the school. (Can't attract new kids (players) to attend, questions are asked at a higher level)

I've worked for people in positions of power within schools who are incredibly inept. Eventually they get found out.

Totally agreed and likewise those at the top should therefore also take credit for the successes of the organisation. There's a few comments here stating Pearson was responsible for our title and FA cup win. that is bananas. KP should be equally applauded for the outsized success we had as they should be admonished for the mess we are now in.

On a side note Ozvaldo better be ready for some backlash on April 20, if he thinks a few abusive comments from the snowflakes on here is bad get ready for the flood of media requests when this goes live on sky.

They're organising it in-between watching Ozvaldo plow their misses and filling up the flask.

The entire footballing country will use this to beat us as ‘ungrateful Leicester fans’

Flying a banner over the ground saying out to the owners that gave us the Premier League title and our first ever FA cup.

I know the reality is more nuanced than that, but that will be the narrative in the public perception when we fly a ‘King Power out’ banner over the ground.

Is it only our fans who do this? Do Chelsea fans say that Abramovic gave them their first league title in 50 years and not Mourinho?

Probably not the best example as Chelsea fans do absolutely love Abramovic tbf

Yeah I did think that after lol I just couldn't think of another example.

Thing is I do get that as he invested lots of money - the amount they spent on players etc - compared to us who just relied on selling a big name player every year. I know wealth is different, mind, but this whole idea that King Power "won us" things takes away from the players and manager at that time. It's a bit annoying.
