moore_94 Posted 3 April Posted 3 April After 7 defeats in a row with no goals scored, van Nistelrooy was asked what work he is doing to ensure this poor run is turned around
moore_94 Posted 3 April Posted 3 April Van Nistelrooy was asked if he believes the club has any hopes of remaining in the Premier League 1
moore_94 Posted 3 April Posted 3 April Finally, the City boss spoke about the difficulty of going through such a poor run of form, something he's never had to deal with before as a player or coach. He says he wants to fight alongside his players and the rest of the club

steveb Posted 3 April Posted 3 April If we start with 4 left backs perhaps we might sneak a goal in before the opposition stop laughing at us, just a thought 1
Iwebema Posted 3 April Posted 3 April All of that is just media training, sound bite 101. He's always talked a good game and said the right things, but you don't have to be an expert in body language to see he doesn't believe in anything he's saying. 2
Vazman Posted 3 April Posted 3 April 3 hours ago, moore_94 said: Van Nistelrooy was asked if he believes the club has any hopes of remaining in the Premier League This just sums RVN up all the hype and words but zero substance behind it. 1. An obligation, yes you do but that's it just going through the motions. 2. Defend the Club, the Badge- its insulting if he thinks we the fans truly believe that. 3. Personal pride - They have proven they don't have any, just words that sound great but again no substance. 4. We have to do better, no shit Ruud, where is the evidence that's going to remotley happen. 5. Momentum, the only momentum we have is losing Football matches and NOT scoring. That is wrong for me too say this because what is he supposed to say really, to be honest I'd rather he said nothing, we all know we are relegated, the only thing he should do is walk away, throw his hand in, so we can at least see a Football match with some improvements. 2 2
Gravel Posted 3 April Posted 3 April Ironically I just got spammed and advert to adopt a donkey in this thread. Already got one thanks 2
String fellow Posted 3 April Posted 3 April When RvN refers to a change of momentum, does he realise that this is the result of an applied force to the body concerned, according to Newton's second law of motion? (More accurately, the force applied is directly proportional to rate of change of momentum.) As he appears to be completely unable to apply the required force, how will the desired change of momentum actually occur?

Pliskin Posted 3 April Posted 3 April If you chose to go to this game for anything other than a protest, you’re not a ‘loyal fan’ you are complicit in KPFC’s destruction of this football club. 3
fazzyfox Posted 3 April Posted 3 April (edited) Defend the badge is one thing he doesn't do. Come matchday it's "You were s**t and stopped chasing last time, here's a shirt you’re starting, you were s**t and stopped chasing last time, here's a shirt you're starting......" over and over again. TheLittleBigMan Posted 3 April Posted 3 April KP will be half empty. I haven't gone for ages now. If vards is signing off this season i'll go for his last game but that's it. 4
fazzyfox Posted 4 April Posted 4 April 0-4 with a missed penalty (who am I kidding, that would involve being in their box) and Harvey to score the 4th and look really sheepish / embarrassed and not wanting to celebrate it.

Raj Posted 4 April Posted 4 April Can we just not start new Pre- Match threads? Whats the fecking point at the moment?
foxfanazer Posted 4 April Posted 4 April Ahhh lovely, back to shitty work on Monday followed by a drubbing from "they love their football up there" FC. Isak up against our Belgian warrior, Soumare trying to an awful impression of a footballer to keep the scam going, Vardy having about 3 touches of the ball. Inject it into my veins!! 1
nnfox Posted 4 April Posted 4 April I can't even be bothered to type a sarcastic "Buzzing for this" or "Must win!"
Claudio Fannieri Posted 4 April Posted 4 April Starting XI and subs bench will be very interesting clearly cracks now appearing, with Vestergard and Winks jettisoned from the match day squad, will Vardy start after being hauled off at half time, will there be any significant changes to the personnel and surely if Ruud is planning on being here longer term then he needs to start giving the promising academy players a chance. 1
