- It wasn't my fault

- Blame PSR

- Don't bully me

- Remember all the stuff my dad did for the club

There's the talking points of Anthony's statement.

More to the point.

We will learn from this?

Like they did two years ago.

Keep the faith.

Sorry Top I have none left to keep.

I've come to the conclusion after the BSLB pod with Guy Branston that anything above Mid Championship. As per when KP took over is seen as doing well and fans have no right to moan .

The KPFC lot like to re-write history. There were comments on one post referring to KP rescuing us from liquidation..erm what?

We could get relegated to League 1 and there will be many who convince themselves that KP were there when we were in League 1 and single handedly got us back to the Championship. Hell, we could go down to League 2 and I think there is a number of them that would convince themselves that we have been in L2 before. And they are the type of people who would argue that the sky is green and the grass is blue so there is no telling them!

Nothing because King power and everyone running the Club don't care,it will only get alot worser before it gets better, plus once king power sell up then things will start to get better!!

Do you really think King Power will sell up? Not a chance given all that has gone on starting with Vichai's dream, his family involvement, his death, his statute and everything else.

They have an infinity to Leicester.

Actions speak loudest and his actions are of someone who has an affinity to the club. If it’s just about the place his dad passed it’s not a healthy reason to keep the club.

It does add fuel to the fire about these rumours of new ownership. If he’s off, why would he be arsed about making a statement?

He's going nowhere

You can’t seriously say you hate a man who’s put his own family’s money into a club, gave local charity’s and hospitals money etc… Hate is a very strong word for someone who has made mistakes of running a football club.

His only mistakes are retaining Rudkin and perhaps keeping Rodgers too long. Give him a break for all what his family have done for the Club.  With a new progressive DoF and competent Recruitment set-up allied to an  improved scouting nextwork, we will turn the corner.

Leicester's fortunes have always been a case of ups and downs, trust me after 50 years I have experienced many!  Lets wait and see what changes are made over the next weeks and stop slagging off KP.

I'm happy not to hear from that lot if it increases the chance that they're off.

It baffles me how many people fell for it two years ago. Some pathetic statement playing the victim and blaming people for criticising the most avoidable relegation in Premier League history, followed by the protagonists behind it marking their own homework. I'm amazed anybody thought the upturn in 2023/24 was anything other than playing a load of teams we had multiple times the budget of, rather than those involved becoming sensible.

This blindness has done exactly as I feared it would do - left us in even more damage two years later.

Where will it be in two years under the same people? Do you expect them to develop self-reflection and accountability? Who is making them?

They deserve all the slagging off, utter incompetence on their part 2 relegations in 3 seasons wouldn't be acceptable to most clubs why should it be acceptable to us?

How naive

He's a billionaire, let's all praise the billionaire for giving a tiny bit of his money away to the plebs.

I don’t think I’m being naive, he doesn’t have to give anything to anyone.

Wether he’s a billionaire giving away a few million or wether he earns the same as us and gives away a tenner to a charity, it’s the principle.

He's done it to appease the fans. He ain't selling after relegation as it's probably knocked 150/200m off of our value.

the whole Vardy going thing is perfect for the club/owners, will take some of the heat off them for a tiny while

give them a chance to give some BS statement about the club etc
