Popular Post Dan Posted 1 July 2025 Popular Post Posted 1 July 2025 Fast counter attacking will always resonate more with this fanbase than slow football no matter how right or wrong that may be. No point trying to run from it. Get it done Leicester. 11

oxford blue Posted 1 July 2025 Posted 1 July 2025 If City appoint Rohl, I expect it will wait until he has negotiated his exit from Wednesday. Copied from local paper speculating about their new manager (article 30 June): With talks between Sheffield Wednesday and Danny Röhl ongoing amid hopes the saga over his future comes to an end sooner rather than later, the markets are already priced-up and out there. The Owls are in the midst of crisis, with financial issues having ripped the heart out of their pre-season preparations.
Verumex Posted 1 July 2025 Posted 1 July 2025 The really good part of all of this that we shouldn't overlook is that due to all this trouble at Wednesday, at least one of the relegation slots is already filled by default. 1

Yes incredibly they are a bigger basket case than us. Hit the ****ers with a 12 point deductions that'll teach um

Pliskin Posted 1 July 2025 Posted 1 July 2025 This will end up like last season. Chasing Potter to appoint Cooper. Likely we will chase Rohl and end up getting Dyche….. 1 1

Not sure why you are worrying about the bottom 3. 3

I think we are easily good enough even with a points deduction to stay out of trouble at the bottom. Putting the board and manager situation to one side, we have some decent players but we dont know for certain who will be here and who will not. Once we get a bit closer to the start of the season we'll have a better idea (A statement of the 'bleedin' obvious I know). Personally I worry most about the lack of a consistent goal scorer to lead from the front. Daka has never shown he's quite got it, although tbf I'm never sure weve really played to his strengths Edited 1 July 2025 by Jacnah

We'd need an unprecedented points deduction for relegation to even be a possibility. (i'm talking 35-40 points). 1

Ipswich I think should be favourites, Sheffield Utd have potentially ballsed up by ripping apart what they did last season by getting rid of Wilder. Should have stuck with him like Leeds with Farke. 1
Verumex Posted 1 July 2025 Posted 1 July 2025 I really thought you guys would be better at picking up sarcasm on here... I've seen enough people on here fearing relegation that I thought it might be a comfort 1 1
Muzzy_no7 Posted 1 July 2025 Posted 1 July 2025 Well Powell, Pedersen, Bibbo and Lense are all now available and out of contract…..
