The most unenjoyable season I can remember.  Absolutely rivals the relegation year under Hollowhead.

Well it's been nip anf tuck but sadly our brave foxes have ultimately fallen short.  It has been a hell of an effort by our heroes.  They have fought like trojans, one to eleven.

Went to the game. Defended well for 77 mins. Bought 3 subs on and conceded straight away. Sat undercover with afcb fans. They were laughing at how bad we are and kept shouting gives us a game. We had nothing in the form of attack. Truly hideous game and a hard watch. Hate football at the moment.

Report from an attendee when asked if the players came over to away fans. "RVN didn't even make it on to the pitch, only Thomas really came over, a few others got about half way. Kingy was dragging them over." 

Says it all really.

Bournemouth are miles better than us. Not sure theres much we can read from a game on the beach other than half these f*****s are off personally

Was two thirds anti club/board songs. Faes was booed pretty much whenever he got the ball.

 

Most of the remaining time was singing old player's songs.

I didn't go but a summary for a friend who was a willing victim...

 

Atmosphere was very anti board and in particular Rudkin.

 

No one wants Russell Martin and large sections chanting "he's a W⚓️"

 

Team played exactly how you would expect with about 8 defensive players on the pitch, offered nothing and didn't even try to score.

 

Players didn't acknowledge the fans outside of Thomas really other than some being forced.

 

RVN did he usual, hugging and kissing opposition players and straight down the tunnel, not a word to us which is normal

 

Overall feeling is if it is Russell Martin he's going to need one hell of a positive summer as it could get ugly very fast going into next season. He said many fans who he had seen at games being agnostic to it all, were no longer.

Videos on Twitter showing a few players coming over (within 40 yards) and getting a few boos but plenty of applause. 

 

Until the fans sort themselves out.....the club will not act.

I think it's the worst season ever for points gained, when adjusting the figures to take account of the old 2pts for a win system and the total number of games played.

Don't blame the fans for this Shower of shit.

Blame the board and the previous players for ****ing us over

.Especially Brenda, Youri,Johnny evans. 

All holding out for money from other clubs 

With total disregard for the club or fans.

We need a manager now to clear out the current dross we have gathered since the demise.

Coady (got plenty to say when a microphone is around), Faes, Soumare, Kristiansen and Ayew all refusing to take their medicine at full time and getting down the tunnel sharpish.

 

Van Nistelrooy nowhere to be seen of course. Talks in the press about planning for next season and intimating he’s be open to staying yet hasn’t shown any bit of leadership or appreciation for the fans.

 

They’re cowards. Mindset/mentality is a disgrace and the least they could have done today was to come and let the fans give them a bit of feedback on their efforts (or lack of) this season. Instead, they let the kids like Monga and McAteer front it up.

 

Club needs a big old broom through it this summer.

I know I've said it before but my decision not to renew my season ticket really does get to look better every day!
