Jose just been sacked... is he next to show up at West Ham.

Unlikely. I think he's done with PL. If he returns it's going to be some dodgy club like Forest. Marinakis and Jose would be prime entertainment.

Timing is interesting. Cue Nuno leaving by mutual consent, Mourinho at Forest and Ange at Fenerbache.

Would be a mahoooosive gamble. I don't think they'd do it.

I think Woltemade is a very good signing for Newcastle.

I think they're a better side if they sell Isak and buy him and Guehi with the dough.

Jose on the market again ……..

its a perfect situation, forest sack Nuno in the international break, they line up Jose cos Jabba is as bent as a 9 bob note and buries him in cash....

i predict this

The timing is a little convenient. I can see Ange going to Fener and Jose going to Forest. Nuno could wait for a plum job in Europe or even go to West Ham once Potter gets the push.

Postecoglu won't wanna go to Fenerbahche off the back of a Europa League win. He'll fancy his stock is higher than that.

I could see him waiting for the West Ham job as well. I guess it's similar to Nuno; if he gets the sack from Forest in the next couple of weeks, he'll get a huge payoff from the contract he's just signed and his stock will be high enough to walk into any decent European job that becomes available in the next 12 months.

Yeah he'll probably play like he's wearing school shoes given the ringing endorsements but Woltemade looks like he'll be a real hit

The top six from last season will be the same again this, in my opinion. Villa are the only ones who look a little shaky but should have enough. The last European spot is probably between Tottenham, Brighton, Everton, Forest and Palace. In that order.

Watkins is too good to stay out of form. He'll be firing soon and Villa will look alright again but I do think they've got a bit of potential to slide a bit though. I'd be worried they've not bought in much if I was a Villa fan. Only a couple of bench players brought in so far.

I think they could have done with selling a key player and reinvesting in a bit more youth to brighten their team up. I look at their squad and it's only really Morgan Rogers who would go for mega dough.

You fancy their team will look very similar to how it did probably a couple of years ago which I don't think is ever healthy for a club. Very similar situation to ours when we eventually ****ed it. Be interesting to see how they avoid that.

They need UCL football realistically to get back to their best, but I can't see them overhauling Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and either Newcastle or Chelsea to get there. I don't think it'll be top five for UCL this season, will it?

That means that they'll have to throw a lot at UEL this season and hope they can do a Tottenham (without the 17th placed finish of course!)

But yeah, agree that they probably have a bit too much about them to drop from the top six. The spot that's more open is the UECL one in seventh, as I honestly can't call that.

Buonanotte to Chelsea?!

Weird one. Can only think the plan is to buy him, loan him to a sizeable European club and then cash in and make a profit.

Of course, Chelsea stockpiling players with no intention to play them and then flogging them for a profit is absolutely fine, but teams outside of the top 6 wanting to spend to compete with them....oooh no, we can't have that!

How spectacularly un-ambitious to have Xavi Simons' quality and agree to go to Spurs

It just shows that that 17th place finish was a blip. With UCL money and Frank in the dugout, they'll be top 7 again.

I suspect that the European qualifiers in the PL this season will be much more routine than last.
