We don't need him unless we plan on selling Thomas/Kristiansen or JJ
At left back I'd rather just stick with Thomas and JJ, at Right Back have Woyo and Aluko. Ricardo pushed into midfield.

If we sold Thomas and Kristiansen then sure, bring Lowe in.

This is the guy who has played for,

Derby

Forest

Sheffield United

Sheffield Wednesday

I know it’s a job to them and their livelihood etc. But you want players who will give a damn about being at the club and although we joke about the Derby/Forest love fest, Sheffield is a proper city rivalry with full hatred between them. I would question his character based on the moves he has done.

Doesn't bode well for Aluko does it - these links to left backs. Unless both Thomas and Kristiansen are going (doesn't look likely).

Wasserman obviously. It's so dodgy.

Isn't he more of a RB or CB.

Aluko has played CB so far preseason, and played RB more than LB for our u18 and u21 sides on the whole though more recently at LB in the u21 setup.  I think he's probably being considered for the whole backline tbh.  Assuming he stays with us for the coming season of course.

Who joins this summer is going to be interesting. On the face of it, it seems we're increasingly at the mercy of Wasserman. To be dictated to by an agency just seems like the logical next step down in our race to the bottom.

Looking at the clubs he's played for, he's not making many journey's at all.

Looks like he lives in Seagrave already. Rudkin 'No refusing to live nearby issues, Gerrimmin.'

I have no problem with us moving on players like JJ to clear wages and start to rebuild the squad, but signings like this would completely defeat the point. His wages wouldn't be as big, but it's a downgrade in quality, a player blocking the pathway of others and we're likely stuck with him until his contract expires which with us could be another 3-4 years.
