I know the club has come under scrutiny many times over the last few seasons for various reasons, but I had a similar issue which I phoned up the other day and they couldn’t have been more helpful to sort it out there and then, even listing my boys Birmingham ticket on resale so I didn’t have to go back onto the website and do it myself.. they ain’t all that bad

My lads going to university too. But his season tickets have always been linked to my email address, so I have just downloaded his & mine to my phone, so when he doesn't go , I'll just take someone else with me.

If you're son has his own email address that his ticket has gone to, it might be harder to download to your phone.

Id agree with you there.  Ive always found the staff in ticket office to be helpful and sort any problems ive had.  Ive said before, any policies or rules in place that people dont like wont be from these staff, they will come from way above their pay grade.  They are just doing their job.  Im sure all of us at work have got earache from someone or other at some point, for decisions made by our boss/senior management

As with so many big companies, it fully depends who the person on the other end of the phone/email is as to the help you get.

You can just forward the email to whoever you want to and they can download onto their phone.

Anyone know if Google and apple wallets work differently ie display different info on these tickets.

 

My Google wallet doesn't show a name on my season ticket just a supporter no. My mates iPhone shows his name and his ticket looks a lot different to mine

Mine doesn't show name in Google wallet, just all other info, support no. Turnstile seat etc

Edit, my brother iPhone shows his name top right corner

On iPhone mine shows, name top right, next row is supporter number, kick off time & date and age band, then on the next row the game name and turnstile numbers the very bottom row is stand block row and seat number

Same. Good to know. It seems in apple wallet it basically looks like the cards. Yet in Google it doesn't and depending on which android you have some show a QR code in the middle. Mine is hidden behind it, ie I have to click to get a QR code.

reckon fan zone is only open for an hour ? Or yeh prices go up after 2.30 ?

Just went to reluctantly download mine as I wasn’t given the option to order a card this year. At the bottom it says “access card ID” and it correlates with last seasons cards.

 

I wonder if we can continue to use the card if we had one last season?

The card has to be reactivated to work this season so it’s unlikely.

Not had a digital season ticket before, and I've downloaded it to Google wallet. Unlike for some cup games in recent seasons, where the Google wallet item said e.g. Leicester City vs Opponent with the date of the game, this just has a dash with FortressGB under it. Is this how it's supposed to look?

 

When i select it from the wallet I can access the ticket for the Sheff Weds game which looks ok, but I expected the main item that's in my wallet to at least say LCFC Season Ticket or something.

 

Is everyone's the same?

That's exactly how mine appears. Jim looked at it last week at the digital ticket session and didn't suggest anything was wrong so, assuming it's how it should be. It is a bit odd it doesn't say season ticket. 

 

My match ticket doesn't have my name either and to get the qr code I also have a 'show code' button.  I'm using android 15 on a Samsung.

Yes that's exactly the same as mine. It doesn't have my name, just the supporter number and block/row/seat, and the 'Show Code' option below. I've got Android 16 on a Google Pixel.

My old man qualifies for a card and rang up to get it sorted. They said they would send one out but of course nothing has arrived. I assume they meant they will reactivate his current card? Hoping that works.
