I’m not saying you’re wrong, but there’s no balance. Let’s face it, we’d have another nil next to our name without the ref/lino.

That’s fair enough, but certainly does not detract from a horrible performance.

And to be fair, I’ve just seen the penalty decision back and do I have blue tinted specs on or is it actually the right decision?

from that angle it looks ball on the line, which is in. Need a more straight on angle to see properly though, was about in line with me (other end) and looked like it was just out

Bear in mind that’s after the ball has hit his hand.

That ref was one of the worst so far we’ve had this season giving out cards willy nilly thought he was on a bonus for giving out so many cards, you could see tho more in the second half that he nearly lost complete control of the game when the tackles were going in thick and fast and a few player rolling around, just wonder where the get these incompetent Cockwombles from ?

Amazed how so many of our players got booked for niggly fouls.

The obvious booking was Thomas'.

James getting booked was insane.

There was a moment in the 2nd half where Okoli dared to breathe near their player who subsequently fell over, and the linesman must have been programmed to put his flag up.

Bizarre all round.

Both incidents were literally in front of me. James was fuming with Targett lol “**** off, that’s shit from you” it was a foul but Targett knew what he was doing. The Okoli one was perhaps the most embarrassing one of the night. Both on the floor and he literally touched him and their lad fell back over lol

Terrible for both sides I thought, blew up for absolutely everything, then seemed to start letting stuff go towards the end.

The Okoli one has been mentioned but there was one where Winks made a good tackle first half and clearly got the ball, guessing the linesman didn't say anything or the ref ignored him as he had a very good view of it.

Twenty million bookings for us.  None before 90 minutes for them (a couple for them in stoppage time).

They spent the whole game shoving and kicking our players.

Patson Daka was being shoved as he tried to hold it up.  You could see Pearson shoving him off the ball before their fracas.

They stamped on the goalie.

There was a Stoke header back into play from a yard off the pitch.

Several of our bookings were first offences.

He was awful.  Just awful.

Im not having the Daka thing. Hes done this all season and all the refs haven't given anything. He needs to be stronger

Agreed. Players pulling his shirt constantly from behind and jumping all over him.... whats the matter with him!

Exactly this, he's got to be stronger. Pathetic how he falls over every time there is contact.

Nonsense, in the air he has no defence from a push in the back, its the referee who needs to be stronger (better).

Did you see it?

But what was the difference of this bed wetter we were supplied with today giving them a free kick every time one of their players was touched?

Daka was man handled 3/4 times and nothing was given. He was really really poor. You can tell it’s bad with the ironic cheers.

Gave them absolutely everything and couldn’t wait to do so. Only gave us anything which was blatantly obvious.

The problem with Daka is that every time he feels any contact he falls over. He doesn't help himself, so when he is fouled the ref thinks he's making a meal of it.

Didn’t think he deserved an entry in here.

I think it’s deserved if not for anything else, Booking Luke for passing the ball to Stoke’s throw in taker or the challenge on Fatawu when he and the ball was already out of play

If the ref is making a decision based on vibes he needs the boot. He was clearly pushed in the air, it was a free kick no question.
