I wasn't a fan of how he reffed on Saturday but how can you tell this from a warm up?

It's heavy because it's just a ridiculous thing to pick up on and it's getting likes because it's factual lol 

 

Do me a favor and please do watch the next set of official's the EFL appoint us and pre predict their performance based on their preening. 

 

And his performance was far from perfect but above average for me, we've had far worse. Not the reason we didn't win that game in the slightest.

Fair play, you’ve certainly provided a spirited (and slightly smug) defence of the ref. I thought he was poor. You liked him. I thought his warm up was a bit preening and indicated it might mean he likes to be the centre of attention. You don’t agree. Let’s move on.

Yep, refs get a lot of stick, quite rightly, but I haven't often come across a competent liner.

Not that this is the reason we are losing by a long shot, but a Hull CB just caught the ball in the box and nothing was given, it hit both his arms at least twice

Yes, not the reason we are losing, but the linesman couldn't see that they kicked it out for a corner and the ref decides to waste a minute to check the ball was in the quadrant (if it that close you can't tell from 20 yards how about give the benefit of the doubt

It's not a staunch defence. I've already acknowledged he wasn't that good on the day. I just don't see how you can tell from his warm up that he likes to be centre of attention.

So watch it back then. The club might be able to send you a video. If you don’t want to then you’ll have to take my word for it. Or not. Whatever you prefer to do mate.

Another one who seemed to give us **** all. The player who handled ball with both hands first half not given us a pen it would have been given other end. Refs don’t need to help other teams out as we are crap and do that ourselves!

I was at Clay cross vs Gresley tonight so cant make an informed opinion.

 

If anyone has footage of the warm up though im happy to give thoughts.

Just to balance it out. When one of their players fell in the penalty box it looked like pen, but he gave him a yellow card for diving. The replays showed he was right and it was a blatant dive. That was an excellent decision.

Can see why that wasn’t given. Fatawu has grabbed their player and flung himself down. The handball one is never gonna be given. We’d be fuming if they’re both given against us and I’m one of the biggest critics of refs you’ll find lol
