No.

I do however believe the revenue of 21,578 was generated in terms of solid ticket sales. So what is it achieving?

Lets face it Chansiri was already gone by that point, and if we are talking motivations for buycotts they'd been served a winding up order by this point, pretty much Defcon 1.

Don't get me wrong I'd love to see the King Power empty every week until Top sells up I just don't view it as realistic and I do not think the actions of Wednesdays supporters had any tangible effect on Chansiri placing the club in administration.

Lets face it the C**t has probably been sat in a palace in Thailand watching them suffer waiting until the last possible financially viable moment to put them into administration.

There's a massive difference between him and Top, Top does care he's just a completely inefficient business man. Chansiri is a narcissist and negligent.

There aren't 21,578 potential burgers, pints, shirts, scarves or programmes being bought for one.

Shows solidarity against Chansiri. The entire fanbase (and the vast majority of the staff at the club) wanted him out.

Raises awareness for other teams that might not know about what has been going on there. Especially in this world where apparently only the Premier League matters.

It's all a big "**** you" to Chansiri and if there's one thing that nepo babies don't like it's being told they're doing a bad job. We're in the same situation with Aiyawatt who is a narcissist and negligent.

You're over simplifying things mate. One game when your clubs been served with a winding up order and in millions of pounds of debt makes zero difference, there are hardly any profit margins in programs, people buy a scarf once a year, a shirt once a year.

He is not a narcissist, what possible evidence could you have for calling him that, you are going over the top and not helping our cause if you want people to listen to you and call a spade a spade, he's just bad at running a football club, or on current evidence any business full stop.

Thing's don't need to line up perfectly, Sheffield Wednesdays situation is different to ours and we need to take a proper look an asses ours for what it is if you want people to listen.

If I was of of a differing opinion to you I wouldn't listen to you as you're going to extremes. I know why you are doing it, you want change, so do I, but we need people to put pragmatic opinions across.

running a multi million pound business shouldn't be hereditary.

He knows **** all about running a football club

Unfortunately, it's not just a case of inheritance. There's plenty of billionaires who would like to own a football club and have no experience.

So selling up isn't without risks. Yes he's a football noob, but as you and @Manwell Pablo say, he's a benevolent football noob.

As such I'd prefer the 2nd option, that he lets someone else run the club.

That’s interesting, I hadn’t thought about looking in the program. To not recognise / thank her for over a decade of service really tells its own story

Says to me the two village idiots have gone ahead with something she didn't want to  be a party to.

The day Rudkin and Top end up in prison we can all laugh.

Or by saying nothing they are hoping it shifts the blame to Whelan.

There is so little info coming out of the club these days. No whistle blowers now custodians in the shadows who have the best interests of the club leaking info.

Since Susan left we still don’t know enough about that drama. For such a disaffected and unhappy setup it’s quite astonishing no one says anything to the media. It’s the only way we the fans will know what’s going on as the club never ever tells us anything.

It’s a closed shop with no outsiders let in. That’s obvious.

That’s brilliant and spot on with some of our fans with their rose tinted glasses on !

There’s plenty of those on here for sure !!! Maybe they recognise themselves from the picture

Saw some tattle on X that Whelan is going to a role at Celtic, could just be rumours.

Mates with their crackers owner, he was big into airports funnily enough... helps that she's Irish too.

I'd imagine it's not tattle.

Coincidence Rodgers has resigned??

I think so to be honest, it's a mess there with the current CEO etc.

The internet has done a number on a lot of people.

Everyone has to be a hero or a villain these days, everything needs a narrative and a story.

The reality is a lot more boring. Top isn't some evil, moustache twirling devil. He's just very out of his depth and a good example of why running a multi million pound business shouldn't be hereditary.

He knows **** all about running a football club but he owns one that's absolutely shackled to the legacy and memory of his father who died here in extremely traumatic circumstances.

Circumstances he's still dealing with, by the way, they were still in hearings a couple of months ago at City Hall.

I do wish he'd either sell the club or surrender the running of it to someone experienced and competent but I don't hate him.

Well said and agree with every word

Maybe I’m just taking the only immediate insightful evidence  I have but I think it’s got to be something to do with this ridiculous cartel we’ve now got plastered on the front of our shirt, Personally. very strange she resigns and that deal is done and dusted pretty much immediately.

Not that I was a massive fan of Whelan but if that is the reason fair play to her.

John Textor supposedly interested in investing in 5 champ clubs, could we be one of them? Don’t know anything about him either until there was the Crystal Palace European football trouble. Is he someone we’d want to be interested in buying us?

Our lot will only want a silent investor. That's definitely not Textor.

Wasnt she indirectly threatened with inprisonment a while back regarding dealings with shady betting companies???

Met a few people who've been involved who describe Top as a total shit. Who knows what the reality is and whether they have a vested interest but I think its hard to conclude anything on the reality.

Textor is a complete charlatan. He'd run us (even more) into the ground.

I by no means want him at our club. But I do disagree with this. Aiyawatt is beyond clueless. I can’t think of a more clueless and incompetent owner.

Textor is a better (but dodgy) businessman. And he knows how to game the system with this type of trading involving Forest. Again, I don’t want us to do that. I want us to get our shit together fairly and without gaming the system but it’s hard to see how we wouldn’t improve. I think we’d see some improvement under pretty much any owners we could have at this stage.

Not only is Aiyawatt a totally useless businessman and owner but he is childish and lacks class also. The lack of explanation for the reasons behind Whelan stepping down is something we have come to expect but not to acknowledge her departure either in his Portsmouth programme notes or even with an AI, 2 paragraph press release for 10+ years of service is terrible and very revealing of his character. I bet it wasn't even done face to face.

As a fanbase, we need to get serious about removing him from our club.
