Top could fix this really easily, by moving Rudkin sideways as he clearly won’t sack him, and then bring in a new DoF to work with Marti to complete revamp our recruitment, analytics and get us back to being a proactive, innovative club. Whilst also working to move on the deadwood, if he isn’t prepared to do this then at the very least employ Pearson and Steve Walsh as consultants to help rebuild the club so it is structured in a similar approach to how it was when they were at the club.

But he won’t

Or just do something. Anything.

It's the inaction that is so perplexing.

Made the painful decision to stop watching. I know it doesn't nothing to force change at the club but I just can't justify letting it ruin my weekends anymore. It only appears to be getting worse and I'm just not on board with anything the club are doing

I fully admit that this makes me a shit fan but I won't be called a fair weather fan as I've been through the shit times with the club over the years but never felt this disconnected.

Hopefully there are brighter times in the future but it won't be under Top's stewardship

That’s exactly how I feel too I’m so disconnected from the club.

So Im not going to any matches as well

A lot of the fans are as problematic as the owner, genuinely.

they are counted as :

1) anyone who has bought a ST this season

2) anyone who has bought merch

3) anyone who buys drink/food at the ground

4) anyone who claps the players off - example y’day.

that is what there has been no change, there isn’t enough impact - imagine a ground with 5,000 people in it? Think of the pressure for change then, every journo and his dog would be speaking about it.

as a fan base, a good proportion aren’t helping the situation whatsoever. Until this changes - nothing changes.

such a passive, clappy fanbase who are fertilising the rot, literally.

1) I've had an ST for years and go to many away games, I'm not giving that up and nor will the vast majority, most like me won't take notice of those who don't go and then blame is for buying a ST.

2) Not guilty

3) Not guilty

4) Would have been not guilty until the booing started, at that point I applauded.

I'd apologise for being as big a problem as the owner and literally fertilising the rot if I agreed with you.

I don't.

Taking an extreme stance and abusing those who don't agree with you will just antagonise them/us and you've less chance of getting them on board.

are we really using the web scraping hallucination machine that recommends adding craft glue to pizza for more stringy cheese as a financial expert?

What's the point of having cake if you can't eat it?

Always had a problem with this saying but it literally means you can't eat your cake and still have it.

But you probably already knew that lol

Can it run a football club? I'd take anything right now

depends. Set it to scrape this forum and it'd commit multiple breaches of employment law on Soumare and Faes, while turning us into the biggest child trafficking operation in Western Europe. Set it to scrape city Facebook pages and it'd just ban anyone who isn't coach 1 from attending any games

Yea im heading the same way. Only caught ten mins this weekend due to being busy and it pissed me right off. Made worse because I stupidly backed them on my acca and it was the only one that didn't come in too.

But yes, im thoroughly disconnected from the club. Can't stand the bulk of the squad and looking at the leadership of the club, top etc I dont see where it improves.

The owners just some flashy rich kid showing off what he has to his friends but doesn't know how anything worked, we're just an expensive ornament to him.

I think the only thing we have done right in a while is appoint Marti.. I genuinely like him, with the right squad he could get a few fans back onside until Top does the right thing and either sells up, or sacks Rudkin and Whelan and gets someone in that's competent and runs the club with Top just keeping out the way (similar to how it is but with actual footballing people that know what they're doing running us)

Needs hounding out then like Mike Ashley was at Newcastle, trouble is our fanbase has the backbone of a baby blackbird.

Yeh you’ll struggle to get them out plus they won’t even bin Rudkin off

I must caveat my post though and say I don't blame people for still wanting to go. Whether it's just habit, a genuine love for it or the social aspect of it you can't tell people they shouldn't go.

I can get on board with us losing games as that's just football but I have to at least agree with or at least understand the direction we're going in

I get it's miserable but you are a fair weather fan. That's literally what one is. I felt no more connected when we had Milan mandevic and a new manager every other month. I think maybe fans are struggling with it now now as we came so close to being a regular at the top for years to come, we actually did the impossible and climbed the ladder, and we sort of know that was impossible, doing it a second time won't happen. Whereas previously we didn't even dare dream it. It's like we completed football and now we're back to being what is, let's face it, normal for Leicester city, it feels a bit pointless. But I refuse to not support the team, to not believe in the doubly impossible.

There is no present/future with Aiyawatt at the helm he needs to sell the club, assett stripping our first team due to his incompetence is completely abhorrent, we need to get rid of these charlatans.
