Doesn’t really add up when LCFC as a business had their biggest revenues during that period.

It was then poorly mis spent

King Power and LCFC are 2 different entities.

A lot of the fans are as problematic as the owner, genuinely.

they are counted as :

1) anyone who has bought a ST this season

2) anyone who has bought merch

3) anyone who buys drink/food at the ground

4) anyone who claps the players off - example y’day.

that is what there has been no change, there isn’t enough impact - imagine a ground with 5,000 people in it? Think of the pressure for change then, every journo and his dog would be speaking about it.

as a fan base, a good proportion aren’t helping the situation whatsoever. Until this changes - nothing changes.

such a passive, clappy fanbase who are fertilising the rot, literally.

Fine, I'm part of the problem. Deal with it.

I'm about as hacked off with the club as the next person, but I will still go to support them as I have for the last 14 years when I could actually afford one. And that's entirely my choice. I nearly gave it up after the relegation of 2024-25, but I'm giving it one last punt as this is still a means to socialise and support my boyhood club. By all means, hold it against me.

**** off.

Grow up.

Because you know I’m right. I love the club as the next person, I gave up my ST last season because I want change. Lining the pockets of Top isn’t going to help bring that about

it really ain’t rocket science.

you can’t have your cake and eat it

It isn’t personal, I can deal with it 🤣

feel like I have hit nerve - what I am saying, is you can’t expect change when people are still buying tickets/ST’s/Merch etc and then MOAN on here about how much of a mess we are in.

It did hit a nerve, but I still agree with you, partially. Merchandise etc is one thing, they're nice to haves on the day if anyone actually has disposable income these days, and they don't contribute to the atmosphere. It's not so black and white when it comes to Season Tickets, got to have bums on seats to push the team on. Typical match day prices on the day are more expensive than the price of a season ticket, amortised over 23 games. The club is a lot less likely to fill the stadium with match day price tickets than season ticket holders, and match day atmosphere has to count for something.

Its a tricky one but I would rather people still keep coming to the games, but stop buying things off the shelves and the consumables stop being consumed. Little ways of making an impact.

This is kind of where I've got to. I still attend, still support vocally, personally don't boo players (though respect the right of others to do so)... but zero merch purchases without change, and will let Rudkin know I want him out! When we work out the right way of doing so I'll be focussing my lung power on KP, because we are stuffed without change

You are taking a very logical and commendable stance, in line with your values. Respect

And in the summer after we spent large fees on three players and sold no major assets. If Covid was a problem we would have been frugal.

If you must go, then yes park the beers/burgers/merch.

I get it’s a time for people to meet and get together that often don’t see each other. But at some point, if people do want change then it has to resort to doing drastic things like not attending. I just don’t want us to rot in championship or league one (who knows at this point) because we have regressed so much in the last four seasons it’s incomprehensible really.

a problem as mentioned previously is we have an unbelievably passive and mild fan base that really isn’t helping,, rather fuelling it. That won’t ever change unfortunately

I am one of many watching from the side  and becoming numb to it and losing interest. It’s really sad

The club briefing the likes of Tanner that there was a lack of transfers in the Covid. At the same time Ben White was sold to Arsenal for £50m.

I second @sishades message **** off wanting to go and watch and support your team does not make you problematic. You can go and support the team and make your feelings known at the same time

Should start singing the song that Sheff Wed fans were singing about Chansiri!

I don’t care about Aiyawatt…..

It definitely sounded like it was being sung at the Preston game but might have been I don’t care about Rudkin couldn’t quite make it out

Honestly I can’t see how they would ever sell the club. The attachment to his dads/family cash site is too big. I don’t think I could sell up after everything that’s happened.

Top could fix this really easily, by moving Rudkin sideways as he clearly won’t sack him, and then bring in a new DoF to work with Marti to complete revamp our recruitment, analytics and get us back to being a proactive, innovative club. Whilst also working to move on the deadwood, if he isn’t prepared to do this then at the very least employ Pearson and Steve Walsh as consultants to help rebuild the club so it is structured in a similar approach to how it was when they were at the club.

It genuinely would be that simple to get so many fans back onside

Needs hounding out then like Mike Ashley was at Newcastle, trouble is our fanbase has the backbone of a baby blackbird.
