One gone!

Lets remember she helped guide the club under it's most successful period, and for that we must be thankful.

But like Mr Rudkin, eventually a quality meal left on the side will get stale then rotten.

Go and get Paul Barber from Brighton. Pay what it takes(compensation wise)

Mentioned it on here before. Anyone wondering why watch the High performance podcast with him - available on YouTube.

Paid money on utter shit for years pay him what it takes(within reason) get this rebuilt started.

Indicative of what is happening at the top of the club and why we're in such a mess.

I can't see Rudkin stepping up. CEO is such a different role to DoF, it wouldn't make any sense.

Teflon Jon will stay where he is but I just don't have any faith whatsoever in Aiyawatt hiring a capable replacement.

Vichai would've been quite sad at this tbh.

Was thinking this. If Vichai had to pick between the two of them, then this wouldn't be the result.

Rudkin to CEO might not be the worst, can bring in a new DOF then

Behave. He was never qualified to ever go above Youth team Manager. Fact he's got to where he is is a disgrace enough, without letting him be a ****ing Chief Executive.

So the actual business woman is the one who leaves out of the three? 😂

Rudkin to CEO? Not sure he would know where to start running all business operations but we need someone new in charge of football operations as Director of Football

All change at the top is good change imo, but I'm worried that Whelan is the first to leave given this line in Percy's latest article:

"Relegation the following season was a significant financial blow, coming shortly after record losses of £92.5m were announced. Susan Whelan, the club’s chief executive, had warned that the consequences “will be felt for some time”"

She's by no means separated from the ineptitude of the senior management of the club, but I worry if she was the one sounding the alarm bells internally and now leaving that we're consolidating the echo chamber at the very top.

Further worsened by Top himself stepping into the role for the time being....

I'm not saying it would be great, just maybe might be better than leaving him where he is, given he's clearly not leaving.

Wrong way round in who should’ve left first really

To me this reads as "Either you go or I do".

You don't tend to get rid of someone because a relationship soured and then also get rid of the other person involved. Susan's gone because Rudkin isn't. In other words, Rudkin will be here to stay...

I do hope I'm wrong, but...

Its mad that a CEO may have left because they didn't get on with a director. Surely CEO is a higher rank and it's a case of her getting rid of him. Unless Top didn't want to lose his polo pal and overrulled her?

So it was her or Rudkin and Top has chosen Rudkin......spin it how you like, but that's whats happened here.

Aiyawatt and Rudkin go on cruises together in the summer. This is jobs for the boys.

Course he can overrule her!

Can someone mock up a pic of Top and Rudkin in buggie smugglers on the front of a ship, bit like a DiCaprio Kate Winslet esq. Ta
