I said post Wrexham he is a mid table manager. I think I was being kind.

Same shit every week. Never changes anything aside from like for like. Yet again out thought by an opposition manager.

Get him gone.

Players out first not the manager!!!!!

Unfortunately this can’t happen because we would only have 2 players on the pitch, for that reason manger has to go

He can keep swapping the players. The issue is still the system and formation is absolutely useless. Players are isolated, passing options are too few, defence is wide open. Tactically the man is weak.

At least someone is talking sense and is seeing / saying what everyone can see

No point in sacking him.

Well there is.

Will it solve all the problems? No.

Will we get the replacement right?  Probably not.

But if they believe they can get someone on that can do better than MC (and not by small margins) then they should.

Are u insane ? At this rate I’d say before Christmas we will be in the drop zone END OF

I think I’ve just lost all hope to be honest, don’t see us improving under whatever dregs of managers are left available. Big Sam?

It’s the hope that kills you, I have none

He obviously isn’t up to the task but neither are the players.

We seriously need to reset from top to bottom, and that’s including the board.

If you're going to be this shit Marti, at least call out the board and expose Rudkin.

At least then you will get sacked with some integrity intact and with the fans acknowledging the sacrifice.

Yeah I'm not defending against that. Tactically we have not been good enough and I accept that argument and I am not in the belief for a second that Marti is doing a good job

My main point is that I don't think any manager/tactics will make a difference with this group of players, who just won't turn up for any manager. And I do think he is trying to make players accountable and is trying to make changes (at least in personal)

He has shown **** all in 13 games, just lost to a team struggling for form

1 win in 9

the results are getting worse

the players values are dropping (fatawu) that are probably expected to be sold to cover a short fall like with KDB

Why would you want to keep him, unless you like pain

The only manager that will play the youth would be Andy King no other manager is going to come in and do that.

you can play any system you like but the majority of the players are not bothered or just not good enough

plus we have lost 6 first team players and replaced them with one capable player never going to be pretty

Is he the problem though? Not convinced he is. Couldn’t name you a manager I’d back to succeed in our position. If a new manager comes with an entire new squad and DoF, maybe something might change.

IMO it’s literally do anything to survive and not go bankrupt now, then bin off the entire squad and start again.

Not the time or place to be going round hugging players, tbh some of them looked shocked

Give them the bollocking they deserve and make it known you ain’t happy with them

Inherited a mess but not helped himself with some of his selections. Vestergaard gets picked for his passing from the back, but has never been mobile enough and has a mistake in him every game.

Theres lots of things that are the issue at this club but the manager is also one of them. He is not good enough. 1 win in 9 is a disgrace, especially considering most of the opposition has been mid table or below. Yet again opposition manager changes formation, ours does fvck all aside from change players like for like.
