The players are douchebags and clearly don't want to play for the team. Spineless bunch with no leadership on that pitch, no one taking responsibility and we have 2 and half strikers that can't score a goal!!! This is a mess

 

Relegation must be a major concern now. 

 

Get Morgan and Huth in that dressing room to wake them up and show what leadership is and what it's like to take responsibility

Yup Vardy was the glue holding that dressing room together now he's gone half of them have just gave up and couldn't care less about the club.

Crap manager + Crap players = Crap performances

 

He can’t set up a team to attack or defend. Our attack has been crap all season, but from a defensive perspective, today was the worst I’ve seen us this season. No organisation, just a bunch of defenders running around like headless chickens and chasing shadows. 
 

I said yesterday that the next three games should determine Marti’s position, but after today, it wouldn’t bother me if he went tonight. 
 

But who would we turn to, Russell Martin? Gary O’Neil? No thanks. 
 

We badly need a Nigel Pearson 2.0, but fvck knows who that could be.

I don't have a football manager diploma (I only have a basketball one) but surely the board can pay the small fine every game to appoint me.

I don't think Marti is doing a good job but I don't think anyone could motivate these over paid wasters to put a shift in.

I know it’s a stupid question because we won’t but is there anyone from abroad we should be looking at?

now you can have a handful of players that can be shit, but when they all become shit include talented youngsters like Fatawu, Monga etc 

and players like Mavidi that proves they were more than capable last time around.

The manager has to start taking accountability

For whatever reason the players have obviously downed tools. They don’t believe in the manager and we don’t believe in them. On paper we have pretty much h the best squad in the league capable of easy promotion. In reality and mid table finish would flatter us massively at the moment. 
 

I’d bin Marti now. No more hanging on just in case. He isn’t good enough. There are a few managers around, whether they’d come or not is another question.

What I do know is that there's too many players here that are dross. Too many that he can't not pick some of them in his squads and XIs. I genuinely can’t see us winning another game under Marti.

 

Limp over the line of Championship safety this year, release all the dossers in the Summer and try to move on Wout, Jannik etc.

 

Sign players from other Championship/League One players with our last year of parachute payments, two actual footballers that can be acknowledged as strikers weren’t hurt either.

If managers could simply blame the playing squad for a downturn in form. They wouldn’t constantly be moved on from jobs.

 

End of the day, what do you think his remit for this club was.

takes more than 3 or 4 players to make a team and the ones we have are not good enough as we have seen over the last few seasons.

 

We knew we needed a reset and this doesn't happen over 13 games
