I get that Top is a massive problem with the way this club is run.....but, he's not the one choosing the formation, chopping and changing the players every game, telling the players how to play and (worst of all) just chatting absolute rubbish after every game.

 

He needs to go tonight. It's getting worse and worse each week.

Leadership is shite at all levels within the club. Would like a wholesale change but not going to happen. Has to be the manager first. Mav and Fats ripped this division last time. Winks was unplayable. Fatawu gets a worldy 1 in 5 games and Mav is a ghost of his former self. Feels like we play with no midfield, genuinely feels like we are a man down every game. We don't win any second balls. 

 

It's all just so painful to watch.

The fact fans turned their noses up at Dyche is laughable. Let's face it, we have a great training ground and a promising academy but everything else at the club is crap. The owners, the recruitment, the DOF, the players, the points deduction, the wage bill. Sack the manager and we will still be shopping in the bargain aisle for managers. SACK THE BOARD

Until something going to change at the top, nothing going to change. Who in their right mind will want to buy us. Top not going to sell on the cheap. My only hope is that after the end of this season most of the crap will leave the club and we can have a proper rebuild. Accept where we are as a club and rebuild. At the start of the season, I though we might get auto, then plays off, but now just to survive in the championship is going to be a major achievement. Sacking Marti is going to make no difference until the curse of Rogders and his signing finally leave the club, including Coopers signing😡😡😡😡

I know the inverted FB is a big problem but Marti seriously needs to learn to plug that or f&$k off!

Spot on. Hes may have been dealt a bad hand, but its been embarrassingly bad. Hes got to go but there is an air of what's the point.
