We need a manager, not a coach. Someone who is going to get a grip on this squad and get them fighting. The owner won't get a Dyche in, he wants a yes man, not someone who is going to challenge him.

Let's face it, we have a great training ground and a promising academy but everything else at the club is crap. The owners, the recruitment, the DOF, the players, the points deduction, the wage bill. Sack the manager and we will still be shopping in the bargain aisle for managers. SACK THE BOARD Do you understand this is a private owned company? The owner won't go, it's his company. You can demand changes in the ingredients and the sacking of the useless minions that work there and that's it.
JonnyZeroFox Posted 1 November 2025 Posted 1 November 2025 Let’s face it Marti isn’t good enough anyway
Jakemoore Posted 1 November 2025 Posted 1 November 2025 Replace the manager with someone else and maybe we save the season. My issue with that is the board will once again feel vindicated. It will paper over cracks. I’d almost prefer we stay down so that we actually see something change. Rudkin needs to go and Top needs to sell. He’s run out of money and he’s run out of lives with me now. Yeah we won the PL and it was amazing but it was your dad who did that. You’re just his clueless son. Sell my club.
FrankieADZ Posted 1 November 2025 Posted 1 November 2025 I've given him time, but honestly I think it's time for him to go, Same system same players both aren't working yet he keeps picking them MC get gone

beepee1984 Posted 1 November 2025 Posted 1 November 2025 Marti has made the players go to the fans to listen to "you are not fit to wear the shirt" He wants the players to be accountable for their performances I don't think it will make a difference But he does not have real options in the squad I don't rate him and think he has been poor - but I just don't believe he is the problem 1

Popular Post cityfanlee23 Posted 1 November 2025 Popular Post Posted 1 November 2025 Our problems in order of magnitude: - Owner - Board - Players - Manager All 4 are problems, only one can be fixed today. We need as a fanbase to make this completely unbearable for Top to own until he leaves or comes grovelling to fans with a full admission and apology and a proven plan to change. Marti is making us worse. I am confident if this team was given to half of the managers in this league who are not obsessed with 3000% possession we would be in a far stronger place, we are supposed to be getting better each week, we are getting worse. All 4 of the above need fundamental change, just because the owner is top priority, doesn't buy the manager time for awful performances. Give this squad to Nigel Pearson and most of the players would improve. 7

Either way Aiyawatt cannot be running our club. He is a cancer.

Andrew Posted 1 November 2025 Posted 1 November 2025 Ok sack him but what will it achieve? Three managers now haven't been able to get a turn out of what it the worst Leicester squad in 20 years. So who might have half a chance? 1

BrilliantFox Posted 1 November 2025 Posted 1 November 2025 He has to go. I cannot defend him any longer. 1
