Not really comparable situations tbf, enzo had money and could bring players in and had dewsbury hall, vardy, ndidi when he got into the door . The squad isn’t good enough whether marti goes or not

As a team we are disfunctional, but make no mistake, most teams in this division would be improved if they signed Winks, JJ, Ricardo, Fatawu, Mavididi, Monga, Vestergaard, Stolarzcyk. Many would argue Faes on his day would improve teams in the bottom half, Okoli also. 

This team is good enough to not be this bad. Stealing others comments here, but a good manager makes a team better than the sum of it's parts. Marti is making us worse.
