Who are we loosing  to this? 
 

As Ghana didn’t qualify is it just Daka that will be gone? Or am I shamefully forgetting someone? 
 

We are very lucky, because can you imagine if we just had Carranza as a striker

If BEK has a good tournament if he gets picked for Morocco could we get a bigger fee?

I'm just making an observation of how a majority of games this season he's had zero influence on the game and how sometimes it felt like we were playing with 10 men. I get that it's most probably been a confidence issue, maybe he needs to be dropped so he can see his performances need to improve if he wants to start. Monga got starts because he warranted it but his performance dipped so got dropped back to the bench, same needs to happen with Fatawu. I'd drop him against Bristol on Tuesday and start Silko instead.

Silko probably won't do much though. 

 

And while I agree to some extent that Fatawu has been poor he's still popped up with an assist or a goal (or both) every now and then.

Based on how he's playing he'll definitely be picked mate  Also he has lots of interest even from the PL now so a better fee is certainly possible!

Never know unless we give him a proper go, while it might not work out with Fatawu not being in the greatest form we should give Silko a go from the start. I know our options on the wing limited but what message does it send to others if players in bad form still constantly get picked and deemed not droppable because they might produce a bit of magic once in a while. Like look at Mavididi was absolutely horrendous for a while deservedly dropped earned his spot back and is looking full of confidence again, hopefully the same happens with Fatawu.

We don’t know the details of any deal but it was publicised as a loan with obligation. There may be some adds ons re World Cup selection, goals scored, appearances but that won’t amount to much.  If other clubs are interested then I suspect that Stuttgart will exercise their right to buy and then sell on - so they make the profit rather than us.

Yes... definitely wouldn't notice if we drop the player with the most assists for us (5, next is 2) and our 2nd top scorer.

 

Fatawu has dropped off the boil a bit recently, but lets not pretend he still isn't an absolute key player for us. I'm sure his drop off from form isn't anything to do with teams quickly realising if you stop him, you stop us.

Their AFCON squad has already been announced, he's not in it. I think they (had to?) stuck with the same squad they used in Qualifying.  However there is a fair chance he will be in their World Cup squad.
