The worst outcome is if we have a 1-0 win, 39% posesssion, overperforming xG, same coward setup as usual. Or any lucky set piece goal or penalty.

Board are idiots, so won't look at the performance and so they refrain from sacking him.

Be interesting what happens for this one.
They are beginning to click but have the odd shocking result here or there so are fallible.
Best signing they made was  McAteer

Reasonably positive about this one and Ipswich fans are an insufferable bunch.

2-1

They just think they're exceptional and stagger themselves that they have a proper away support after taking one man and his dog away for years - a bit like Cov

Can't really believe any of you are Leicester fans.  You all moan about the team being negative and are totally  negative about everything else

We are negative because in the last 3/4 years we've seen the decline of a football club at an unacceptable rate.

Also remember it's near Christmas and this is Foxestalk. The 'Christmas Spirit' is a complete myth.

Yes, I'm Grinch and Scrooge in one.

Watching some of the highlights of the latest Ipswich games, they have more energy, attack better, press a lot better.

The only weak point is probably their keeper, never looks comfortable. Defence is meh but improving.

We had all better keep our fingers crossed that Jordan James is fit, because the alternative doesn’t bear thinking about.

We weren't even good in that game. We scored with our first effort on goal and then didn't make any chances till right at the end. We had an xG of 0.67 in that game and Ricardo was lucky not to be sent off.

We haven't been good for 90 minutes against anyone. Even in preseason we were great for 60 minutes against Fiorentina, before they put on their actual best XI and then were the better team.

Fiorentina still winless in the league this season as well.

Sounds like he should be, but if we lose him for any period of time then we're done for. Most of our tempo and positive forward play come through him.

This could be carnage. Proper carnage.

Ipswich like to play the exact style that works best against us. We could be 3 down again at half time against a team that won’t sit back in the 2nd.

Could be the sort of game where we have 0 shots on target.

Is anyone looking forward to this ?

I think I’d rather stick pins in my backside

If we wasn’t fit on Wednesday (and he was very leggy) I can’t see him running around for 95mins against the most energetic team in the championship.
