This time last week we were all feeling incredibly negative on the back of two consecutive games in which we’d been 3-0 down at half time. Since then the team has massively improved its first half performances, which have brought us four points from two difficult away games. Obviously it would be better for us to perform over 90mins rather than just 45, but overall there has been a very clear improvement from the Southampton and Sheffield Utd games. Yet the general view seems to be that Ipswich only need to show up today to get the three points. That second half on Wednesday night really has left a few people with serious PTSD…:o

Well it was very very poor. Can’t remember being dominated by anyone since Bournemouth at home last season. A game we miraculously didn’t lose!

We could definitely  win this but equally  lose or draw.

I bet it will definitely  be one of those options.

Seriously  thought if JJ plays we will scrape a win👍🏾

Rinse and repeat. It’s frustrating to watch when the winger is unmarked but JV has to control the tempo create chaos.

'He so good at passing through the lines', whilst Fatawu and Mavididi just stand on the wings scratching their arses.

I've noticed this at home games, have a look at the Sheff Utd game.

When we get a kick-off at home, we ought to get it down to one of the corners and pin them in, start on the right foot.

We really should have kick-offs sorted by now, we get enough practice.

He’s good at passing the ball to Ayew or Daka with their backs to goal, they struggle to control it or smash it back.  It gets pounced on by a player that actually presses, IV lunges in and misses the tackle and is adrift in the ocean.  They score. This hadn’t barely worked and we look slow and boring when we try it.  Nelson to Skipp to JJ quickly and we look a lot better. JV can’t help but make it all about himself, but he is the cause of this rot.

The passing to the wingers feet instead of into space is annoying.  It was great when KDH would do that yet now our wingers stand still. It does work though when they can be bothered

We need an actual coach to drill tactics into our wingers as they are either void of ideas, lazy or arrogant that they can just skin people and that’s their job done. All of the above.

George Hirst with a 90th minute winner from a Kasey Mcateer cross.

After taking his man on (Luke Thomas) and beating him for the first time in his career

Kasey McAteer to come on as late sub and score the winner.... but doesn't celebrate.

Or George Hirst.

I’m gonna put bets on both of them. I feel in need of a silver lining.

Ya, not sitting through this one. Hopefully that means we win but I have like 0.01% faith in our squad right now. Even if we go 3 up at half we would lose 4-3.

Plastic out.

Given the way we play for only part of a match, I'm not sure those outcomes are equally likely.

He's not even been very good at that recently, or rather that ball fired through the lines to feet has just been getting us turned over constantly.
