All because JV can’t help but slow everything down and take control.

Take him out of the team and this doesn’t happen.

Dont think you can blame JV on that one. All Stol, he just needs to get rid

I can.  They don’t need to do that slow routine inviting the press. JV doesn’t need to be standing there.

You completely diminish any genuine qualms you have about a player when you make something that has nothing to do with them about them.  100% on the keeper.

Invite the press and this happens. They can’t help but repeat these mistakes.  This is what the manager should be stopping them from doing.

Rubbish, utter crap. That is a terrible individual mistake.

he's really not though. That's on the tactical decision to play like this from goal kicks, invites pressure. It's a bad mistake but it's one that comes from the managers tactics being unsuitable

What a load of bollocks. Doesn’t take a fvcking genius to know as a keeper not to play a half assed pass in your box with a player closing down Skipp. Theres tactics and then there’s using common sense

He should not be allowed to do our games.

He has been really supportive and complimentary to us in this game, which is why he lost his shit at that goal, tbf.

Wrong. Invite the press so that you can go longer. That ball should have gone over the top of the press to Hamza. Instead Stol inexplicably passes the ball to Skipp who has a player right at his back

That they make too often. They aren’t good enough for this, so you night play out. They could’ve booted the ball out quickly not invite a press.

and yet we keep doing it. Did it under Enzo too and I can think of 3 goals off the top of my head that were conceded as a result (Blackburn away, Watford away, Birmingham at home). It's a goal kick style that you see frequently with possession oriented teams with the idea of drawing them in and a pass round the corner releasing the attack, but we don't have the player to do it. It's a bad error but it's an error because he's playing to the tactics.
