Why is it daft?

Its ridiculously tenuous

Not been able to verify yet but a fan earlier seemed to insinuate the collection was released on 9/11 which is less than ideal lol

I'd read somewhere that we'd worn it twice: once was definitely Palace away, and I did ask on here years ago if anybody knew the 2nd game - and never got an answer - so thank you for solving that with Cardiff!!!

Yeah I think I was thinking of the Palace game. I looked it up and I think we wore yellow at Cardiff.

United 93 was the call sign of one of the planes on 9/11 (the plane that didn't reach its target and crashed in PA).

Yes I know.

So?

Whats that got to do with Oxford and the year they formed, or the year they got promoted to the 2nd Division?

Not a lot, it would have been a total non story if it had come out on September 10th or 12th.

I mean seeing 'United 93' makes everyone think of the same thing no? Especially after the film. Or am I just too 9/11 obssessed. Can only imagine the person who came up with the idea is in their early 20s or wanted to create a bit of mischief.

Anyone want me to pick you up one whilst I'm in the shop?

Can I see a Russell Martin muppet in the background?

Rudkin loves to model the Brown Training Pant.

Cheap hack tip, buy a pair of cheap lightly coloured trackie pants or shorts, apply an iron on Leicester City FC badge once applied, wear said pantaloons/shorts whilst watching 90 minutes of Alex McCarthy, Luke Thomas and Harry Souttar playing prime Russell Ball and hey presto you too can have a homemade LCFC brown training tracksuit pants/ training shorts for a fraction of the cost

…..tune in next week for money saving tips

When I hear pants I assume they're talking about Russell and the team

When did we start calling jogging bottoms 'pants'.

They're not pants.

Americanisation. I have to correct people in their 30s and 40s calling trousers pants.

Can't speak for the rest of the north but people from Manchester and the surrounding towns have said pants for decades

It didn't register with me saw United on an Oxford shirt and assumed it was related to something that happened for Oxford Utd

Me neither

I doubt every club googles a term planned  to be used on their merch just in case it has an alternative context
