It doesn’t even hurt anymore, just walked out the ground, shrugged my shoulders and thought , did I expect any different.

It’ s a sh*t show and the man responsible doesn’t give a toss because he won at Polo.

You could see it a mile off. Even when we were 1-0 up we were shit. Our only chances after the goal were coming from Watford errors, whereas they kept picking us apart with only four or five passes.

Awful, same old shit. Boring, stale football club.

I binned this off a couple of years ago now. I've invested physically & emotionally over many decades. The cost is of which is beyond comprehension.

Obviously, it's a personal choice, but l get far more enjoyment, satisfaction & an actual connection by watching local non league stuff.

Give it a go..... at least until there's a complete overhaul at this joke of a club.

Just got home. That was absolute garbage.

Okoli has a slight out for being bobbins in that he hasn’t been playing. Jakub is sadly not very good.

How bad is the Spanish keeper to not get anywhere near the team after playing in Europe and La Liga?

How utterly useless is Carranza to not get brought on when we’re chasing the game and need attacking options?

Someone please sit Fatawu down and tell him that he is nowhere near as good as he thinks he is (and presumably people are telling him he is)

Defences are terrified of Monga. Why can’t he start a game?

Nelson, Skipp and James look like they’re trying. Everyone else can get in the bin. Same post match interview from Marti saying he needs to change the culture etc - basically “don’t blame me, they won’t listen”

Then grow a pair and MAKE them listen. It’s your job.

You have literally taken the words out of my mouth had this conversation on way home.

What annoys me is when losing his tactics are to bring on defence substitutes.

Why loan in a striker and leave him on the bench. If you aren't going to use him bin him off / send him back and find another striker on loan.

Manager needs to go as do a large number of over earners.

Course Leicester is. Been supporting them for 35 odd years myself.

This lot do not represent the Leicester city I have followed through the years and neither does the way the clubs run at present.

Alot of them players must be laughing getting paid 50k+ a week and churning out shite like that.

Imagine paying £45  per person to watch that against cov 🤣🤣🤣

Tossers

Yes, from the first minutes Watford played with a purpose, energy, enthusiasm and as a team. We have none of that. Their heads didn't drop after we scored and were first to every lose ball and moved it quickly. I can only remember two occasions in 95 mins where we strung together any quick passing movements that might've caused the same trouble that Watford caused us constantly.

No excuses, just not good enough.

We don't seem to know what to do with throw ins. They spend ages taking them and it just often a waste.

Add to the list of pathetic things wrong with Leicester City at the moment.

This is been going on for years. I can’t remember the last time we took a quick throw!

The sheer lack of effort for their 2nd goal!! We had 3 opportunities to stop it, no one closed quick enough and couldn’t be bothered.

I’ve never known players to have so many ‘tools down’ moments as we have, and it’s not just under Marti. So many rats in the camp and it comes from weak management at the top and in the dugout.

Also a weak mentality from most of the players. Jordan James is basically dragging us through most games...and he's a loan player!!!

I’d honestly put the whole lot up for sale apart from Nelson, and the kids breaking through like Monga, Silko.  Wouldn’t shift many but it sends a signal to say none of them are good enough.

That performance was so stale, we were 2nd best to Watford in every department, which is an absolute disgrace for a club that was playing premier league football last season.

Our play was one dimensional lacked any cohesion, intensity or inventiveness. Sp predictable and so boring to watch. Zero excitement, hardly anything to get the supporters excited, it’s all so flat.

As for the subs that was an absolute piss take, Monga on with 20 to go, Ramsey with 15 and then a defender and attacker in the final 5 minutes almost a token change. Why not change shape, bring on an extra attacker, try something different, give Watford something to think about instead it was just like for like changes, in the hope something different might happen, absolutely woeful.

I gave up on Marti after the Bristol City performance. That second half was up amongst the most horrific 45 minutes I've seen us play in the last few years and there have been a few.  Absolutely no answers as a manager when things get difficult.

This was just more of the same dross.

That's the point.

A lot of people go on and on about giving up on the City, and go and watch non-league football.    That sounds great, but as you say, if you have no real attachment to any of them ... you're just going through the motions.

I enjoy watching a bit of non-league football, and have generally supported the local team wherever I've lived, when moving around the country.    Watching a game alongside 300 people is different to 30,000.   It's good fun in its own way.   And occasionally I even get a bit carried away if it's an important match.

I want my local teams to win.  But I don't really care about any of them.   You can't just manufacture caring.   If you've watched the City most of your life, it's in your blood.   You can't just transfer that passion to someone else, just because we temporarily have a bunch of over-paid, under-talented wasters.

Great post, non league, admirable as it is, just doesn’t hold my interest…. On and off the pitch…..

Just watching the Forest Man City game and the shithousary that goes on with corners shows the grit and ability to make things uncomfortable that we lack.

We were crossing them in for catching practice for the keeper with no one within 6 yards of him yesterday!

I couldn't believe the lack of energy and commitment when it came to pressing the opposition. We were happy to let them have it and knock it around in front of us. The second goal summed it up when the centre back is miles out of position trying to close a cross down. Then when it comes in we only have 1 CB in the middle.

The lack of attacking movement is off the chart. Defenders have a totally static team in front of them and end up playing these sideways passes.

The passage of play just before the final whistle sums us up nicely. Couldn't even get it into their box. Just passed it around half way line and almost gave the ball away.

Whistle went and the passive fans clap the boys off. This club needs a factory reset. And the fans need to wake up.

This team has no leaders on the pitch and no leader off the pitch. They look exactly the same as last season in the PL: cringeworthy. The owner is myopic and aloof, spends tons of money on all the wrong people and thinks that is enough. Rudkin should be shown out of his office as soon as today. We are in a very bad spot, possibly catastrophic.

At least the England cricket team just surprised everyone with a win, a Christmas miracle!  ( but I cant see it down at the KP somehow)

Once again, JJ talks sense. I don't know about whether we were in control of the first half, but him saying that they shouldn't have been playing it around and making silly mistakes at the end of the half shows his maturity.

How I wish we could keep him beyond this shitshow of a season. We don't deserve him, so we'll have to enjoy him while he's here I guess.
