I have never bought any food and don't buy booze at the ground. Think i got a Hot Chocolate once. Does that make me bad fan?

No Doubt About It.

Anything about 20k tonight and this has failed IMO.

Too many happy clappers that probably know about this and will go anyway, as they believe its the right thing to do and got to get their money's worth.

Calling fans who spend their hard-earned money attending matches "happy clappers" means you're part of the problem, not part of the answer.

What is the problem specifically?

Scenes when the club uses the weather as an excuse to call this one off tonight lol

The Club don't make that decision, the ref, (or a ref) does.

No, what is the problem specifically with people calling out "Happy clappers?"

Personally I think people refusing to acknowledge failings within the club, worshipping the owner despite said failings, turning aggressive and physically violent towards fans who share an alternate view are the problem to be fair but each to their own…

We haven't seen anything close to 20k in a league game since 2013 (covid aside). Anything around that level would be a success.

You are encouraging a toxic atmosphere at the ground which hardly helps the players when things are difficult on the pitch as well as off.  Didn't realise it needed spelling out.

Hmmm, I think the 2015-16 season attendances may have eclipsed 20k.

If there is a noticeable drop, however small, and the media carry on discussing it, then I’d argue it has been a success.

The club can make that decision as Hull did only yesterday

I think you know they what he meant. :)

But I don't think we'd have been close to as low as 20k for a league game since the start of the promotion season in 2013/14. Where the 1st few games were about 21k.

That's your opinion. A wrong and short-sighted one, but an opinion nonetheless.

You need a unified response like you saw at Sheffield Wednesday when they came first game of the season. They got rid of their spineless owner by forcing his hand, unfortunately our fanbase is equally as spineless to not put themselves out of line for ONE game that would show the hierarchy that we, the FANBASE, are serious about our concerns with the freefalling trajectory that the club now finds itself, on and off the pitch.

If YOU cannot see that, then are you really a fan? I'm not going tonight, and I have rarely missed a game over the last 14 years. The voice needs to be heard, and if tonight doesn't deliver the message, nothing will.

Not "worshipping", and not denying that there are failings within the Club, but saying that the supercillious tag of "happy clappers" is divisive, arrogant and at best unhelpful.
