Completely agree, morons. Fortunately they are an annoying but small minority of keyboard warriors.

Of course, such folk never, ever, EVER post on here.. 😄😄😄

I still think even those blaming the weather and whatnot are self-owning a bit. You're not telling me they wouldn't have made the effort if we were playing Manchester United.

That in itself is sort of a boycott anyway.

Don't even need to use that as an example. If we were playing that exact game but were 4th in the championship, had a group of players that were hardworking, organised and under a manager who you could see a future with, there's no way the non-propaganda attendance would be below 27,000.

Unlike some on here, I haven’t got a problem with anyone who went to the game today.

HOWEVER, what on earth is with people outright lying pretending that people only didn’t show up because of the weather??

”a few boycotted”. What😂😂😂😂

Monday night 2 years ago we sold out a match vs Ipswich.

There's NEVER any excuse to quote a story from the S*n.

Some of us remember when that publication tried to smear half the City squad as rapists.

It's no friend of ours (or of football, ask any Scouser), never has been nor ever will be.

So they add ST numbers who don't turn up........but then send you an e-mail asking why you didn't turn up?

Make that make sense!

No way in a million years the obvious drop in numbers tonight was all down to the weather or it being a school night or the  first day back to work etc. some possibly but not all.

If Pipe's estimation of 12.5K is close to being correct that's over a 50% drop in attendance, what percentage of that is Boycotters is impossible to tell but I'd be surprised if it only ran in to the hundreds that some on here have posted as there estimations.

Regardless of the true number the pictures show it was a big noticeable drop, and that alone is telling a story.

@Loxm can see his reply to you. As a few have said today - tell him the fact that we’re not top of the league like we were then and are now in mid table mediocrity is exactly the point. A demise.

I didn’t say that was you.

You have been critical of the happy clapper line. Fair enough. You used the terms

arrogant, divisive and unhelpful. I’m talking about other people here, not you, but do you not think sneering at those younger fans and lauding it that you (general term not you yourself) have supported for 50+ years like it makes your view more important is arrogant? Is claiming people who are angry at the ownership and state of the club must use only started supporting in 2016 not divisive and unhelpful equally?

As I say, it’s not about going to games. Yeah tonight is a bit different at there is a concerted effort to boycott which isn’t for everyone. But generally. But they aren’t the ones that are (generally) being labelled as such. You can attend games and be vocal about the club. You can attend games and make feelings known when we are 3-0 down at half time yet again.

@PaulW, I notice you went very quiet and never addressed my fair and respectful reply to you on this subject.

I have seen those protesting labelled as plastics, part timers and boo boys on various pages. This is as well as the physical violence displayed by the people towards supporters vocalising their dissatisfaction.

The fact you are condemning supporters labelling others as happy clappers as arrogant, divisive and unhelpful but will not acknowledge the terms used above that are of a similar vain as well as the points I addressed in the post above makes you a huge hypocrite…

And on the same page Monday night 2 years ago we were flying at the top of the championship and it was a top of the table clash.

The KPFC folk will claim every reason under the season as to why there were so many empty seats. Weather, time etc.

Majority of sensible people know lots of people, and lots more than people are letting on have boycotted.

All the boo boys boycotted last night and only the real fans who back the lads went. Que books during the game. Absolutely incredible 😂😂😂😂😂

I can't stop giggling. We are beyond cretinous as a fanbase hahahaaa

Plenty of us who attended last night, certainly many who sit around me, are critical of the club, the players, the tactics and specifically the absent (again) owner.

I know, I was saying it in jest. Certainly not criticising those that still went.
