Remember when you were at school and you used to pick teams .... Ayew would have been the fat miserable kid who couldn't run or play football ... so one team would have to have him ... thats us

Thats a great analogy

Mukasa has been poor as well

He hasn't got out of bed today, has he?

To be honest the front four have flattered to deceive a bit. Moments of danger from Mavididi especially, but no end product at all. For all the promise, their contributions have ended with us having to defend, with very few exceptions.

For the most part, we managed to do that defending. But we know full well that if we're made to defend, those players will screw up eventually. Unbelievably unprofessional from Nelson to have switched off like that, but it isn't the first time.

If we had Daka creating space up top, rather than Ayew taking up space somehow without occupying men, we'd have been 2/3 up by now...

hell, if we didn't have Ayew up top we'd still be in the lead, because Daka doesn't just let them have the time to put that pass over the top

Ayew is never ever where you want him to be. You might as well play him in midfield because the useless t**t is never in the box get the c**t off😡

Nelson just as much as fault for that.

He is primarily at fault. Im sitting in line with him, he could easily have just dealt with the long ball but instead hesitated and lost his step on the forward.

He is premier league level on the ball but his defensive awareness needs massive work.

Nelson is genuinely garbage.

Have I not been saying this all season! But some on here wouldn't have it.

Playing garbage is one thing, but writing him off as garbage a dozen or so games into his maiden season is absurd.

Rather a youngster make a mistake as part of his learning curve than the calamity bros, Faes, Okoli, etc we've had making routine errors supposedly at the height of their careers like the last few seasons.

To be fair nelson had a brain fart, hes had a few this game again, last game i thought he was solid, then this reminds you he has silly brain fart moments.

****ing despise him! Said before and said again, Rowatt picks this **** in the next match and sack him on the spot!

He's just never ready to receive the ball. He anticipates nothing. An experienced player whose experience counts for nothing.

In general, we got too negative on the ball after we scored. Too many players - Fatawu, Mukasa, Ayew, even Choudhury on one occasion, found themselves right side of a defending player and failed to attack the game.

The commentators on Foxeshub sound stunned, as if we were always in total control. I don't know about you, but I thought the attacking four were, for all their dangerous moments, not actually creating much, and QPR were having sniffs. You know how that ends with this team.

Is this game so far not the same pattern as before Rowett more or less?

Ropey at the back, passive across too much of the pitch, not really threatened aside from a worldie

Was it not offside? I assumed Nelson’s position was a result of him stepping up and leaving him offside but your view is better than mine!

How long have we been saying this for? And how many new managers keep playing the donkey

Don't you know that in teams like ours agents dictate who is playing or not? Do you really believe Rowett decides if Ayew starts or not?!
