Was I the only one that was massively disappointed in the 2nd half vs Bristol? We were shite then too....this team hasn't changed. If you need 3 goals to win a game its OVER!

I'd have Winks on ASAP now. 

 

Mukasa hasn't had a great game anyway, JJ can push up in his space. 

 

But the defence look terrified to actually play the ball, we're not going to beat their press and get any thrust through the middle of the park if someone doesn't drop in, collect it from them and get us up the pitch. 

 

Like him or not, Winks gets the ball moving.

He's looked a lot more secure on the ball and in distribution than Okoli and has looked solid in a few games under dire circumstances to be blooding a young CB. Has shown all of the attributes at different times, just struggling to combine them all with too many brainfarts at the minute, but hopefully we scrape survival this season and he comes into his own next season after this invaluable experience.

The only difference in that game was Bristol didn't press from the front.

 

Both wingers are in that mood where they want to do everything other than cross the ball under no pressure quickly.  Mukasa seems scared to shoot.
