Some idiot started trying to shout at me when I asked them what they were clapping for. Imagine clapping a 3-1 home defeat after being ahead for a team that shows no fight and are heading to back to back relegations. Clapping makes you complicit with everything wrong with the club and just as bad as those at the “top” who actually have control over our demise.

This is why I don't think I have the calm to be there when we do go down, because I'll end up windmilling my own row lol

It blows my mind how little people care.

I was waiting in the stadium for someone at the end of the game and didn’t want to look at the players doing their lap of dishonour. Instead, I turned to watch the crowd behind me, consciously looking to see if anyone was clapping them off. There were loads of them! Not just token clapping, but some with great enthusiasm. Hands above their heads really going for it.

Yes I know people can do what they want and it shouldn’t bother anyone what other people do. It just seems very odd behaviour to me, similar to members of a zombie like cult.

Seriously, can anyone explain why people do this after watching that performance? I’m confused.

I reckon a good chunk of crowd are tiger supporters or used to be who jumped on the bandwagon when king power took over. That's what rugger fans do sit together and clap any old crap put out there.

What an utter heap of embarrassing crap was that!!!

That team fully deserve to be relegated..this is by far the worst team I’ve seen since 1972. I feel in despair for this team and the club will probably end up in league two.

We were alright in 1972, weren't we? Jimmy Bloomfield, 12th in the top flight...

I never want to see Ayew on the pitch again this season. Clearly doesn’t care and like playing with 10,… maybe 9.  At least Patson runs around and maybe have the touch of an anvil but I’m not sure why he was dropped after scoring.

The goals conceded were amateur hour. My reaction was more “typical” than anything else.  So much for Rowett saying we’ll move it quicker. That went out the window.

Classic Leicester to tease us with the win and then duff it up today.  It’s the hope that kills you

And possession is no good if those on the ball are your centre halves! I’d sooner see hoofball and get the midfield to pick up second balls higher up the pitch, sadly the squad has been assembled with sub standard tip tap merchants, so they can’t run intensively. And if we don’t radically change the style of play ( and a succession of managers haven’t) then this lot will struggle in the third tier too.

I would rather stick one of the centre halves up front and, as you say, knock long balls to him. No, I'm not joking.

Perhaps we play pass after pass sideways or backwards because the alternative is a pass to Daka or Ayew 😵‍💫

It is staggering how unfit we are. They all looked dead on their feet 35 mins into the first half.

They don’t try on the pitch so I don’t believe for a minute that they train properly, those ridiculous “training” videos the club put out sums it up perfectly for me. Unfit, physically and mentally.

That's utter bollox

It really isn't.

Our fans can't muster more than a couple of hundred disgruntled protesters (me included)

There are more weirdos clapping our club dropping to its lowest ever position and potential complete ruin than showing up against the people responsible.

We are as passive as any fans in this country.

Couldn't be worse. League 1 here we come.

How about League 2 after? :P

(I turned it off after the QPR's third and went and did something more enjoyable - helping with the washing up :P )

I was in C2 today and no one around me seemed very bothered. They were talking about their holidays and a couple of nice pubs they'd found. They must've thought that I was some sort of mardy weirdo for abusing the on pitch horror. The club has gone and I'm going with it.

I think it's a tad naive to be "pint half full" after that display and in turn just write QPR off as a bogey team regardless! Yes, it's still very close down there but 'F' me, losing 7-2 on aggregate to a mediocre Champ. team like QPR (who also won at KP when Enzo was here two seasons ago lest we forget), is embarrassing - yet deserved this season! Scarily bad display after such a good one in relative terms v Bristol on Tuesday.

In football terms, a disastrous day. A bright start, a fabulous goal have way to an hour of insipid, error-strewn play. Three abysmal goals to give away, a lack of threat going forward and an air of resignation around the ground.

Dismal.

Perfectly summed up.

The errors and the lack of desire to get a second goal made me think that QPR would score, despite their mediocrity. But I didn't expect the capitulation to be so complete

When Leicester were relegated in 2023 with top half premier league wages it surprised a lot of people. There are similarities this season bur the lack of resilience fitness and quality up front and defensively is poor at any level . Today apart from the James goal we offered nothing and were outplayed by a side that had lost the last four games.!

Majority of the posters on here slated Vesty and Faes at the start of the season, and called for Nelson and Okoli to start.

You've got what you wanted, know look at us, horrific 😭

Spot on it sure if they need psychoanalysis or me. It’s real Jekyll and Hyde stuff.

It’s not though is it. It’s pretty much all monstrous ‘Hyde’ football, with very little ‘Jekyll’ good stuff

I mean honestly it’s like comparing an elephant turd with dog turd, end of the day it’s all shit.
