Wednesday fans are confident they'll get something

Really easy to play against us. Just make it scrappy in midfield and double up on Fatawu. Opposition will always get chances.

They're likely getting relegated to league 2. It will be Mansfield Town and Peterborough

At least these games will no longer be moved for TV:thumbup:

If we dont win this and anyone who defends it, happy clapper or otherwise, clearly doesn't care about this club and is 100% the problem here.

We lose, we are down in my eyes. You cant beat a team who havent won since September and are playing for pride, we are worse than the Holloway squad and deserve League 1.

That being said...hope we win today. Thank you for listening to my TED talk on positivity. 🤣

That's a very simplistic view.  Wednesday went into administration due to years of financial mismanagement by Chansiri (sounds familiar).  He was first charged in 2019 regarding clubs accounts.  12 point reduction (reduced to 6) in 2020, transfer embargos for three windows.  It all caught up to the extent that they couldn't pay wages last year.

No they didn’t. He was keeping them above water, badly managed or not. It’s only when the cash flow dried up  ( by fans refusing to spend any more money) that he couldn’t pay even the basic of bills.  It was a targeted campaign by the fans, a targeted protest and it was very effective.

Ayew starting? Fatawu dropped? Mukasa dropped for Reid?

Vestergaard and Hamza in?

Trying to think of everything that would annoy the fvck out of me all at once lol

We won’t be able to ‘soak up a few years’ in league one. We would probably get away with one season, and that would be catastrophic alone….. we would need to strip the squad to its bare bones, and there no guarantee we will be able to reinvest, so we would likely end up in a similar position to Sheffield Wednesday in terms of player issues. We won’t be getting decent money for any of the players, talk of £20m for Fatawu is insane, we would be lucky to get £10m going down.

With the amount of money we naturally lose, will just hamstring us even further at league one level. If we end up spending more then one season there we’re in serious, serious trouble.

Also, when we strip the squad, do you trust the club to rebuild it properly?

Im not particularly surprised but it is getting a bit boring just continuing to say everyone and everyone is crap -maybe I’m mad but I think you can think that and support your club at the same time

And they are a gift that keeps on giving lol

Most clubs in protest actually do it during. Thinking most notably Sheffield Wednesday and Reading in recent memory

Was at Norwich this season and speaking to some of there fans and they said there would be a big demo after the game if they lost and there were over a thousand chanting outside the main entrance after and that worked well

They did. But the bloke they were protesting about remains in position.

By comparison Wednesday and Reading's protest during games as well as taking away the cash flow did see the people dragging the club down let go of the club from their ownership

I am not saying it's a bad idea. Merely that the most effective scheduling of protest is always that which disturbs the game or is notable to the wider footballing public.
