Enyoueffsea Posted 18 April Posted 18 April The big question today is, vegetable soup or chai tea in the flask? 3
Popular Post adejo92 Posted 18 April Popular Post Posted 18 April Really not sure if i am just losing connection with football, or just maturing...but.. Coventry going to the Premier League in the same season we are going down to League 1 should be the worst possible thought. Instead, just emotionless to either situation. Both teams have got what they deserve out of the season. 14

All the evidence of the last 42 games gives us proof of the contrary? We haven't won 2 in a row all season, we can't keep clean sheets, we have ent dominated a whole game all season, we have e 1 win in 10, players letting us down again and again with brain farts or passive performances. Please tell us all why you think it's possible? Because I just can't see it. We can't beat on the beach Swansea, how on earth are we going to beat a Pompey side who have beaten Middlesbrough and Ipswich in their last 2 games? Edit: quoting the great escape, and past success doesn't count as that is irrelevant. They are different players with different mindsets, that isn't the club today. Edited 18 April by fox_favourite 1

ronnup Posted 18 April Posted 18 April The worst part of today isnt us losing I hate these rats. Its the Pompey joy, the glee and pride. What's been taken from us.

Whilst I agree we won’t stay up, we have won two in a row on two occasions I believe.

Both teams have got what they deserve out of the season. I work with a lad who’s a cov fan, and he is genuinely sound, I can’t bring my self to loath him. And he actually sympathises with me and us, because they’ve been there. 3

Yes it’s going to be unbearable. There’s absolutely no doubt, their fans will drag them over the line today, we quite simply don’t stand a chance. This group are done, and today is the day everything unravels, it will be at the very least 6-0 to them. 2

Chelmofox Posted 18 April Posted 18 April I have a feeling today is one of those days where something spectacular goes wrong. Some feelings: Portsmouth score from the kickoff Fatawu sent off for either horror tackle of arguing with ref / lino A fight between our players Horrible own goal (slow backpass or something) Lose 6-0 We have this habit of having horrific away days from time to time. Today has the hallmarks of one. 3
Cropwellfox Posted 18 April Posted 18 April We will either have our arses handed to us or get yet another draw with Rowett pointing out that we won on xG 1

I’m just going to try and resist the urge to even check the score until later. It’s a nailed on Portsmouth win. There is no other scenario that is realistic. Just a case of how many. Vile club. Same here, not even going to bother checking the latest score as know it will p*ss me off, just going to enjoy a walk around the Peak District. Will probably find out the score when my friend who is at the match messages me at full time with the much used comment , ‘we were crap again ‘. 1

ozvaldo Posted 18 April Posted 18 April I have a horrible feeling we’ll win, results elsewhere will go our way. Hope will build. And then we balls up the remaining games. 1
Pita Posted 18 April Posted 18 April With no fight in the team they will just roll over and have their tummy tickled. Another loss
