I don’t think I will see Leicester play in the premier league again….. all I can see is us rotting in the lower echelons of the football pyramid, until someone buys us, or we go bust….

I don’t see how anyone buys us, financially we are screwed, I cant see how anyone makes it viable and equally competitive.

I couldn't bear it when we were winning 2-1 and everyone was w@nking themselves off at the thought of prolonging the agoony.

I was willing Hull on to win.

Glad it's over.

Im not even angry now- Feck em and some of the dimwit fans.

Hope we go down again.

why do you want us to go down again?

It definitely feels much different than last time we went down. We'd recently got a new owner in with some ambition after years of nothing so it was still all relatively new and exciting if we could get things to click. It was a horrific feeling in the moment though but there was semblance of hope.

I have no hope at the moment. We've seen what out current owner is capable of. It's not new and exciting. It's just more preparing for the worst.

Coventry and Sunderland managed it.

One way or another we will be back.

Might be a lot more pain first, but we are Leicester city and we will be back

I want to say I'm beyond caring but the reality is I'm so angry.

"It is what it is" is a term I've heard frequently but the thing that makes you chuckle is that it was totally avoidable and totally their fault lol

I wouldn't feel so bad about going to League One if I had confidence that this would be a factory reset and action started today, but the reality is that board will remain unchanged and thus our trajectory too will remain the same. Heads need to roll on this occasion for me to take Top seriously, but as that will not be the case, we'll just carry on with this poisonous cycle. I'm truly sick to death of the fact that I don't feel like I have a football club I can back anymore, they don't represent me and my values, not to mention do I feel like a valued fan - I'm just seen as a paying customer.

Wish I didn't care, but I do and I'm beyond frustrated.

Still can’t really get my head around what’s happened over the last few years, I made this account purely to try and help get through it and help others as well. Obviously I want us to win every game despite this account’s purpose, behind the mask I’ve been a fan for 30+ years.

Its a whole different feeling to 07/08, I’m 18 years older and wiser (Shirl disagrees) so its not as life changing, still going to work 9-5, still got kids to look after and still got a house to run whereas back then I was a young lad at school that only lived for football and it meant more.

I jump all over the losses and bad times but deep down I want us doing well and winning.

It stings today but I’ll be back in August providing the goods.

We need you and your posts Phil.

Thanks for the laughs throughout.

It's different this time to 2023.

There wasnt enough anger at the terrible relegation that time. They tried to spin it as a momentary lapse and the crowds remained high.

The crowds plummeted halfway through this season. They were no longer buying KPFC nonsense.

They've nowhere left to go. Last night was the final straw for the current leadership

What made it even worse was how in that 2nd half we showed much more attacking impetus and urgency. Luke thomas getting on the end of crosses and overlapping for example.

It just reinforces the point that there was enough "quality" (and I use that term very loosely) to be nowhere near the relegation places, but because of entitlement, arrogance and pure bone-idleness and lack of passion, it was all too late.

The images of the players pretending to care at the end, feeling sorry for themselves and being consoled by some Hull players as well. Do me a favour. It means nothing to you.

Their debts were about 4 times less in comparison and we do not know how bad it is going to get. The debt Leicester owe is increasing and to make matters worse King Power is in trouble.

Yes… but again, completely missing the point. You can’t compare anyone to us, because we’re like no other.

How many ways can this be said, NO TEAM HAS EVER GONE INTO LEAGUE 1 WITH OUR OVERHEADS.

Our position is utterly catastrophic. The only remedy is new ownership, and unless that happens now, we are ****ed.

That’s the reality.

Maguire the financial expert has essentially said the only way he sees Leicester getting out of this problem is through current ownership.
