I couldn't bear it when we were winning 2-1 and everyone was w@nking themselves off at the thought of prolonging the agoony.

I was willing Hull on to win.

Glad it's over.

Im not even angry now- Feck em and some of the dimwit fans.

Hope we go down again.

probably closest to how i felt during the match

If there was any emotion, it was probably relief that it was done last night (though in reality we've been sunk for months)

This wasn't a shock to the system that came unexpectably. I felt this coming mid-season. Get rid of the dross and work hard to bounce back.

A mixture of apathetic and disappointment.

Apathetic because this club has slowly killed the enthusiasm I have for it, I’ve supported this club since the late 90’s, I’ve never felt this disconnected.

And I’m disappointed, because I keep going through my head the list of failures that have made us reach this point. What has transpired since the 21/22 season has been catastrophic failure after catastrophic failure. The decisions on managers, the decisions on player recruitment, the decisions on player wages, the decisions on giving some players new contracts.

You go through the list, and sadly this demise isn’t surprising in the slightest, it’s just a shame that our idiotic ownership acted like they never saw it coming.

Gutted but let’s face it it’s been coming not a surprise the team have been woeful this season and let face it last season too

i for one Carnt blame the manager we’ve had 3 in charge this season and none of them got a tune out of these so called footballers no passion guts nothing

Top has to take some of the blame but at least he went out to face the fans last night but I blame the people who supposedly run this club yes I’m looking at you Mr Rudkin

time for top to either sell up or get rid of those who run the day to day of the club and those footballer who lets face it didn’t want to be here in the first place

let’s make a fresh start next season new players and manager plus a whole new upper management

I knew this was going to be the outcome weeks ago but it still hurts. It's just illogical. I couldn't sleep last night I was so annoyed.

You knew the week of the Sheffield Wednesday and Swansea games that it was all over.

Too many empty promises over the years that last night was inevitable.

I wanted it over and done with after last Saturday. Shame for those who were there last night (well the non KPFC lot) but Rudkin and Nepo Baby had this coming which has exposed their uselessness to the wider public.

There's no way back for Top now. Hes got no more ace to play.

I thought I had accepted it and like so many others was just feeling numb about the whole thing. But, this morning I am genuinely gutted  but not just about the relegation but the very real prospect we might no longer exist in the near future. Top saying "he will try" to continue to fund the club sounds very ominous.......

I don't recognise the club anymore. I've been surprised how emotionless I felt after the season ticket renewal deadline lapsed. Probably lost the desire and spark after completing our honours board. Dunno. Never be the same again. I'll still watch (from afar) how this develops and might even come back eventually. But not for now, that's enough.

Actually, I can explain it.

People say its just football - a hobby, a time pass - grown men and women watching other grown men play a game. And it is. But its a hobby that holds so much importance.

Its where you take your kids.

Shit week ? Go the game.

Christmas/Easter - cant wait for the fixture list.

Nick a win - what a feeling.

Beat a giant - what a feeling.

They've taken that all from us. We havent had it for years.

Hate is a strong word but not being able to have this hobby will and has effected people - I hate them for it.

One thing I’m finding particularly difficult is friends who support other clubs texting me and saying “you’ll be back up next season” etc.

They just don’t see what we see and it’s really hard to articulate feeling of impending disaster to them.

We genuinely will not be back up ever unless there are massive sweeping changes at the club. Nothing changes until something changed, both by ‘keeping going’. Changes need sackings across the board as a consequence of utter failure.

Like a lot of others it doesn't really feel like the same club I started supporting for a lot of quite intangible reasons I can't articulate. I feel a total disconnect to the club including towards vast swathes of our fan base. I wonder if that disconnect is a combination of fatigue from the last 12 years of ups and downs, sadness at our pathetic plight, but also a more general dissatisfaction with football which is rapidly becoming a much less enjoyable pass time. Maybe, and perhaps I'm being too deep here in my depressed and slightly hungover state, a dissatisfaction with elements of society as a whole of which football, especially our club, is a representation. I do sense this in a lot of posts I see here. It's not just King Power.

I couldn't bear to watch the game so went out with family.

I couldn't help keeping in contact with the game so I wasn't surprised of the cock up and 1 - 0 down score at half time.

Then I looked after about 60 minutes and saw we were 2 -1 up my first thought was ...... well that won't last.

Checked 10 minutes later and of course it's 2-2 - I now have this horrible knowing laugh as it's always inevitable that the players will ALWAYS let us down.

These players are a waste of skin

Seeing Aiyawatt do his standard shrugging and shaking the head made me rage. The guy is thick.

Today I feel incredibly sad for the club and the fans, and sheer hatred for the leadership.

Pretty much numb to it and that includes modern day football in general.

The only thing that will hit me eventually is the fact that for a small period, we had it all!!  Just a couple of simple boardroom decisions at the right time and we could have been a comfortable top half/top 7 challenger for years to come in a stadium that had been updated comfortably filling 40k week in week out.

It will take the rest of my lifetime and some for us to ever be in that position again, if ever given how its becoming more and more of a closed shop year on year.

We fvcking had it all man

Also p!seed me off to see only page, Lascelles and choudhury fronted up the fans - Ricardo has utterly disgusted me and I think they should of all gone up to those outside and accepted what they deserved - cowards from top to bottom

genuinely shameful to throw a teenager who's only just breaking through to the wolves while the senior players hide away.

im surprised at how angry I am about it but fxck me how dare they have the belief that they can destroy us and sail off into the sunset without criticism - each one of the, should have the bottle and the b0llocks to front up and take it. people spend vast quantities of money and time and make sacrifices to follow this club and get served up nothing but carelessness and a lack of respect with w@nkers like winks having the nerve to tell us to fxck off
