Two family members filled out their details at the weekend & referenced  my supported number to get the two additional friends & family season tickets. 
 

They've heard zilch back from it.

The whole club is totally delusional.... some of the management probably don't even realise the league we are now in ...

Having got to the ground turns out they don’t sell tickets at the club. You have to phone up! The very nice staff have fed back a few days ago that perhaps they should have ticket staff available to help in person but nothing has happened.

Try calling the club phone number but opt for 2 - Help. You will get through to the help team who can sort it for you.

 

I had to do that last Friday after being unsuccessful all day trying to call the ticket office. I only tried this option after eventually getting an email response from the Help team after 5pm,  advising me to call them.

 

I did so immediately and Jim was really helpful sorting my son's new season ticket and relocating 3 of us a few rows forward from my old seat.

If the hierachy gave 50% of what Jim gave we woukdnt be in this mess.

Agree with this and this situation definitely needs them to get the message.

 

I have got one again because I always regretted ever letting it go and I couldn't get a ticket most of the title winning season despite going to every game for years before. 

 

We have lost a lot of great fans and the club should hang their head in shame about that, but I won't miss the ones who only come when we are a top half Premier League team.

I think the club will see this as a win. Getting rid of what it sees as the negative, passive fans and replacing them with the enthusiastic, glad to be able to get a ST type. They can’t keep fvcking up though as we don’t have an inexhaustible supply of fans waiting to get a ST should another disillusioned cohort pack it in.

Looks like we'll have a fresher fanbase next season, hopefully younger too. Of course, we will still have the mutes but it should be more involved next season. Just need a team to properly get behind.

You can tell that they weren’t arsed by people not renewing by the replies to those people in emails.

So we could have 26,000 st holders in League  1. Hardly looks like fans turning their backs on the club in droves.

I saw an advert on facebook aboiut 6:15pm and went straight on to get one for me and my lad.

NEver been able to get one before so I snapped up the opportunity 

Dont honestly care about it being League 1

Whilst it’s great that new fans can get in, I don’t think those not renewing are necessarily the issue. They are just fed up with King Power and that’s fair enough. Obviously some will be because it’s league 1

A 2 year ban for that? Wow, that surely wasn’t on him. 

 

Ive given him some right shit in the past, mainly about them coaches,  but I really get on with him. He does everything he can for everyone is my experience.

Nah, I wouldn’t call it a 2 year ban. Was just about that long until I needed a ticket transferring on to my account when the issue came to light

This is my view as well. I despise king power but you stick with your club through shit owners as well as shit times but I don’t blame people for not renewing with the cost and not getting a lot back …
