adam95581 Posted 5 September Posted 5 September I’ve actually found myself looking forward to watching us play and enjoyed parts of our game - intricate passing, clear patterns of play to break through the press but there are some huge red flags: - pissing about with it at the back (McCarthy today) - starting Burns (and then leaving him on for ~60 mins) when he’s so out of form - the jobs for the boys transfer strategy I don’t think I’m Martin out yet but only because we look like a basket case of a club to sack a manager after 5 games.. 2 4
Fox85 Posted 5 September Posted 5 September He's gone! No offense to oxford but you cant be getting beaten at home to Oxford and survive especially the manner it happened. If he isnt sacked then the Owner is actually trying to get us in league 2

Lichfieldfox. Posted 5 September Posted 5 September This joker will destroy all the young lads confidence. Absolutely clueless bullshitter. Got to go this week.
LCFCCHRIS Posted 5 September Posted 5 September Remember when we got Pearson back for the second time and the first game I think we won 2 or 3-0? I feel if we get in that sort of manager again right now, we'd see something similar. I'd even take Pearson in a heartbeat and would have before the season started. Even not at full health he must able to get more out of these players.
l444ry Posted 5 September Posted 5 September Can’t see those half-wits that hired him admitting they made a mistake with Top/Rudkins Vanity Appointment. Be a long wait before they pull the trigger. When they do it has to be someone as different to Russell Martin that they can muster up. 1

Foxin_Mad Posted 5 September Posted 5 September Thing is Topkin will genuinely find someone worse like he has for the past 4 appointments there’s no point until these ****s leave
martyn Posted 5 September Posted 5 September The blueprint to beat his teams is so painfully obvious, and Oxford had the physicality in midfield and the pace out wide to expose it to its fullest. There aren't anywhere near enough quality chances created for the risks we take in possession defensively, and we expose ourselves to far far too much risk when turning the ball over. 2

Md9 Posted 5 September Posted 5 September He won’t get sacked for another 20 games and no sane manager that’s any good would come here when he finally goes
ARM1968 Posted 5 September Posted 5 September He should never have been in. He’s a joke. We all knew it but those paid 100’s thousands a year apparently didn’t. Charlatans running the club with no footballing knowledge.
Leicesterpool Posted 5 September Posted 5 September Rangers worked him out quite quick and got rid before there season became an embarrassment. Whilst we will probably keep him on until the damage is done. "Russell Martin your effing shit, but your wife has effing great tits"

We are talking about the same management that has brought in Cooper and purchased Ayew, Skipp, BDCR for him, then cut bait midway through season to bring in RVN and not allow any mid season transactions that window, to firing RVN late in the off season... then anointing CiFuentes, followed by Rowett, followed by Brussel... and you would expect a better result with this management still in charge!!! I'll have what you're smoking...
