The man is a complete failure. Imagine if he was your team leader in whatever role you work in. Between you, you'd absolutely rip him apart in your tea breaks. If I’m Louis Page I’m slapping a transfer request in and Sammy Braybrooke I’m telling Rudkin to **** off with any new contract offer. Getting after the youngsters in public at the first opportunity after the absolute crock of shite we’ve watched for the last few years, not to mention Souttar, Reid and Burns performances today was the act of an utter bastard coward. **** him. He’s a dispicable narcissistic *****. 4
Muzzy_no7 Posted 5 September Posted 5 September Those who wouldn’t sack him tonight…why delay it? It’s not gonna work, is it? 3
JonnyZeroFox Posted 5 September Posted 5 September Yep the post match comments from him is what I expected. There is nothing there to suggest he is willing to take responsibility, change things, and hope to get the best out of his players
fleckneymike Posted 5 September Posted 5 September Anyone still backing Martin needs sectioning for the safety of themselves and their loved ones. This ineptitude is entirely self inflicted.

The thing that strikes me most about him, above his obvious vanity, arrogance and ineptitude, is that he's not very articulate. Seriously, read back over his comments and you'll see he struggles to form a grammatical sentence. I don't think he's a bright chap at all. 2

FrankieADZ Posted 5 September Posted 5 September ive gave him a chance, after today its totally erased the 3 previous decent performances; one dimensional manager, ego bigger than jupiter, he will be gone sooner rather than later and frankly ill be surprised if hes offered a top flight job ever again

Because it's going to cost too much to pay off his and his coaches contracts. Nothing will happen for quite some time. Remember how long it took to pull the trigger on RvN. I think we have him until the owners take over. 1

Brizzle Fox Posted 5 September Posted 5 September You just know if they do sack him now, which is still too late as he should never have been appointed in the first place, they'll replace him with another Temu Pep loser like Liam Manning. When of course they should be moving heaven and earth to convince Challinor to return to management....as they should have done in the summer. Life under Topkin.
BigGibbo Posted 5 September Posted 5 September The cheek of the c**t! The young lads are the only reason he's got any points and the real non-entities today were all his shite old boys and Bobby Reid. This is going to get nasty fast.

Too many young naive players who can’t do three games in a week. Yeh Martin, that’s clearly the problem. 1
MonarchFox Posted 5 September Posted 5 September I was prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt. But his actually as shit as we all knew.

HankMarvin Posted 5 September Posted 5 September Another one on the scrap heap by the time he leaves here
Parafox Posted 5 September Posted 5 September 5 minutes ago, Grebfromgrebland said: Man, he needs to take responsibility instead of chucking a bunch of kids under the bus. Any decent human would start the interview by saying that they took full responsibility for the result and that they'd try and sort it out. There'll be a clause that is we're in the relegation zone he can go with much less compo. Think that was the case with Rodgers as the was sacked the moment we went into the bottom 3. Look, I think we can all agree that this shameful excuse of a football manager was entirely the wrong appointment. What we have to question is, why was he given the job. I think we know who's at fault. And those people will never accept responsibility. They continue to drive our club into oblivion and they are so arrogant that can't see what they're doing to us. I'm angry beyond belief at the way we're being run. But, like many others, I feel I have no voice. 2
FoxTimmy2 Posted 5 September Posted 5 September How much will Martin make when we sack him? At this point it almost seems deliberate
