Because the window has only just closed this week. The squad has had something like 30 out, 14 in. The (potentially) best players like Riis, Chaplin, Doyle and Lundstrum have only just arrived/aren’t fit. Maybe they have some sort of break clause. Maybe sacking him will cost too much. 
 

For clarity, I think KP have the club in shambles under Top, Martin was a ‘bad’ appointment and he’s had a bad start. Today was a terrible result and performance. 
 

But ultimately the club will try and take all that sort of stuff into account rather than the hysterics of Foxestalk.

4  Gradually stir in 1 litre of Gary Rowett's completely misplaced arrogance

The fact that Oxford are as short as 15/8 for an away game at LCFC sez it all,

We were out muscled and out played by a bunch of journeymen.

The manager has had over 3 months to  assemble and prepare a squad to cope with all this Division and all it's challenges.He named a team including

Youngsters who are still developing  mixed in with the terrible signings he's been involved with.Page will ge a good player,but has a lot to learn,also he should have a seasoned pro around him to learn from and allow him to be more adventurous.Braybrook is a light weight

but Russell is clueless  and cant see this.

For clarity, I’m not defending RM, nor am I particularly pro him staying in post. As I said before he was a bad appointment. 
 

But you can keep saying this, but there’s obviously countless examples of managers having a bad run of 5 fixtures and then turning it around.

The “naive” and “inexperienced” players have massively outperformed the “experienced” Cullen, Burns, Thomas, McCarthy, Souttar, Reid this season.
