Smug shit looked like he’d just pulled off a masterclass at the end 😂😂

Meanwhile the Hull manager undefeated in 4 and just draws at Chelsea away

The only thing that may save him (I want the cnt gone) is the fact Lundstram looks like the real deal, which I’m certain he’ll consistently perform & start marshalling the team, allowing the likes of Page and Braybrooke to crack on in their development. Riis is an actual decent striker.

But unless he actually sorts the defence and fitness out he’s on borrowed time.

His other chance is an out of form Barnsley before the break. We normally fck those games up but I’d imagine he’ll do the inevitable and get the win, cupping his ear towards Union FS on the final whistle.

This is Cooper and Cifuentes all over again.
He will stay in job for a few more weeks and then get another horrific defeat because we will continue to concede lot’s of goals.
Need new ownership asap because while these clowns stay here nothing will change.
We’re not even comfortable when 4-1 up.

Interesting reaction at the end, came over with the players and gave a couple of claps and then looked like he went straight down the tunnel. Feels like he knows he has lost what connection he had with the fans and I am not sure it’s going to be repaired. Even in victory the cracks are there for all to see.

Mentions ‘fatigue’ within the first 10 seconds of his interview.

‘We’ll learn a lot’ after 2 minutes.

Interrupting the reporter multiple times again.

Get ****ed you fraud

8pts from 6 games (should’ve been 5 or 6) he should be ashamed of himself.

He isn’t gonna get or feel a connection with the fans unless he sorts this crap out and we go and get 19pts from 7 games or similar.

no matter who we get fans will moan, just the nature of the beast

Those is so far from the truth.

Supporters want competent people in keys roles. That's all they want.

A managers job is to pick the best line up, have multiple tactical plans to suit different situations. To develop players and organise them to control the ball in midfield, defined well and attack.

I dont think Russell Maryin has or does any of that.

nah come on now, some fans have moaned about all of the last 5 managers we've got in(in some way), some even moaned about Rodgers at the time too,

so to say "supporters want competent people in key roles" is such a massive cop out

Hounding out the majority of our last 6 managers hasn’t exactly improved things.

The fans are as toxic as the club at times, but we have every right to be angry about how the club is being run. Not sure the coach is the correct target of the anger, but it happens over and over again. The collapse has continued under enough different coaches to suggest that they are not the big problem here.

thought it was pretty clear, but I'll explain it just for you, some fans wanted managers out before theyve even had a competitive game or within the first 6 games

does that help?

lets not brush over the fact we've had a massive turn over of managers, who have brought in their own players(cooper for one), and going from different style to different style.

*im by no means defending RM here, im looking at the bigger picture

Because they've all been shit and anybody with half a brain cell could see it a mile off. Really not that hard to understand

Some people hold the club to certain standards. Others clearly don't

did you call for CR to be sacked before his first game? Rodgers too? what about Pearson before his first game in charge of us?

im saying some fans have wanted RM out before his first competitive game, same with CR, same with Puel, same with Pearson etc

also all managers have shit periods, all of them at most clubs they manage

think acutally wider ffs,its no different that some idiots wanted Vardy binned after his first season, calling him black and blue

is it hard to understand? im thinking yes

so saying "BeCaUsE tHeY'vE aLl BeEn ShIt" also shows you didnt read what I said,

in some fans wanted him gone BEFORE the first game

Enzo apart the appointments have been shit.
That’s down to the owners but those appointed haven’t really helped themselves with robotic tactics and no flexibility during matches.
RVN somehow carried on til the end of season despite losing 17 of 19 games and Rowett managed 2 wins out of 14.
The fans have every right to be pissed off when a manager continues to make glaring mistakes and won’t change their approach when it’s obvious they should.
Exactly the same thing is happening with Martin.
It’s not asking a lot for a bit of flexibility tactically.
There seems to be an attitude from the managers that have been here recently of oh that’ll do. Especially when Cooper and Cifuentes were in charge.

spot on, we go from one style to another to another to another, then resulting in different players thru the door as well, not to mention the amount of managers thru the day as well, we need a manager with standards to come in after the last 4/5,because theyve shown none behind the scenes

so just blaming the manager isnt the way, yes martin has been kinda meh, but imo the previous 3 performances before oxford were all pretty decent ones

also i like to give managers at least 10 games before truly wanting them gone or not(head loss last weekend like everyone else)

if we get more performances like last weekend bin him, but if we get more of say today minus anything after the 51st then he'll be alright i guess

but either way, NO MATTER WHO we get some of our fans will moan, even if we got Pep some would, its obvious, but not to some
