Better for him to get a loan. Him not being on the bench in an early league cup round is telling.

 

I can see the club thinking he needs a full season of u21 football though. They have always been cautious with Hutchinson's development for some reason.

We currently have 8 forwards in our squad who are past youth football.

 

Burns, Chaplin, Cullen, Mavididi, Alves, Watson, BDCR and soon Bristric.

 

Minutes will be hard to come by for any youth forward this season. Evans was rightly loaned and I think it's better for Hutchinson to get game time too.

According to Manchester City website Darren Motsi is now in their academy. Strange that our own website has not reported it though. Why so close a collaboration with Manchester City all the time i don't know.  It always seems to be in their favour..

Their club is encouraging 16 year olds to move 200 miles from home to join their academy but also want a 'loyal' team.

 

Football fans are weird.

Bristric aside, are any of those actually proper forwards though? The fact that we had to end the game with a central midfielder (as in, not a 10/attacking mid) playing as a false 9, shows that we basically have no proper forwards (and I don't just meant strikers).

 

Bet yes, if they aren't involved now, please get them out on loan

They're all either wingers or have played a considerable amount up front yeah.

 

Don't forget we didn’t have Chaplin or Bristric for the game on Saturday and in ordinary circumstances you’d have Cullen up there too. Plus there are rumours we want to bring in another senior striker.

What do you mean by collaboration ?

All we will get is the measly compo so there was no collaboration on our part.

We don’t have Bristic yet and he is untested in British football. The rest are all midfielders except for BDCr who is not even a footballer.

Smaller clubs can't spend under PSR and they can't develop academy talents because the big clubs sign them for peanuts.

Some of this is our own making, we've declined so badly and the dedicated and hard work of the academy over the last decade to get to where it's got to is the victim.

 

Focus your mind on our problem here. The bigger picture stuff just let's them off.
