This thread really is a total pile of horse-shit. Someone close it down until we actually have something even remotely worth talking about? 😞

It’s already been said elsewhere on here, if the players are required by the club to stay then it’s free, if the players choose to stay on their own accord then there is a fee to pay

Thanks for pointing that out as I haven’t read this entire thread. Clickbait headlines then I guess.

So ****ing random Chelsea fan tweeted it. No journalist, just some random.

Every City fan’s marbles keep going on this sale. One day everyone is panicking over some twat of a Forest fan’s tweet. Today it’s some Chelsea goon

It’s either that or my autism is making me feel like people are being thick

I’ve just gone back a few pages of the thread to see what was said. A couple of us asked if there was a source for people saying it could be him and then a couple of others saying they would welcome it, I’m not seeing anyone saying they think it’s happening based on the fact he’s got rid of his stake in Chelsea.

Always makes me laugh when people say this. It’s an online forum, if you want actual news get yourself sitting on BBC website for 4 months for if/when something is confirmed.

Everyone having a cheery Thursday?

He loves tippy tappy sideways football so they might get on bearing in mind his managers were Enzo, Potter, Lampard, Rosenior got rid of the better managers Tuchel and Poch

He only appointed Potter, Eghbali/Clearlake (with Winstanley/Stewart as sporting directors) took a more active role from 2023 onwards and Todd wasn't (or was at least significantly less) involved in the sporting side.

Think it’ll be at least a year maybe longer.

I think you are getting the facility itself confused with the culture and leadership at the club.

It naive to think a facility itself can have no affect on culture.

What would your reaction be if the club made a statement that their solution was to either downgrade or move away from the facility to fix the entitlement culture?

Or the fact that we have slipped 2 divisions, despite having one of the best training facilities at the time in the country. You don’t exactly need inside information to see it’s been a problem. Previous reports of players turning up with dogs, confrontations with staff multiple times being reported.

Dismal history setting runs in the Prem, then longs runs in the championship without winning.

Its a culture problem, not a facilities problem, being teated like kings reinforced the feeling they were better than the league they were in, and it couldn't be their fault!
