Weve paid practically the same.price for this guy as Southampton did for a guy who's got 8 in 14 in the championship (Larin). He previously had a good track record in the MLS, Turkey and scored 1 in every 2 games for Valladolid in La Liga.

RM has said he's 1 of our 3 strikers, yet he's playing alongside Braybrooke as one of the 8s in a 4141 formation. 

 

Hopefully this is only  because Chaplin is injured and we can look forward to seeing less of Reid once Chaplin is fit.

Cullen isn't going to surprise anyone. He's a tidy player, but lightweight and ineffectual. Do not see why you need him in the same team (or squad!) as Bobby Reid. Got to say I'm very, very surprised at the price we paid for him

A complete non entity of a player. One footed, lack of awareness, slow on the ball, no pace, no strength, doesn't press well, doesn't find space well, weak shots, can't track his runners and that was against the worst teams in the league.

 

I spoke to a Swansea fan at work about us singing him for circa £1 million and he was falling over himself in disbelief.

For added comedy, the club for some reason decided to show a video on the scoreboard with those little gimpy poses they make the players do for lineup vids etc, so we were treated to seeing this guy do his little pose like he's DDP setting up a diamond cutter, as he's getting subbed after about 25 minutes while we are 2-0 down and down to 10.

We have far, far better in the academy. Should be dropped and backup when Chaplin is back.
