What quick wins could a new owner implement that would immediately win you over?

Sack Rudkin and completely rethink how the football side of the club is run

Refresh the King Power Stadium epecially the seats and move forward with the plans to increase stadium size

Fix the recruitment of players and managers and run the club responsibly with some financial common sense

Reduce the cost of merchandise in the club shop £70 is too much for a shirt IMO. Every other team in our league £50-60

Find a sponsor that isn't an illegal betting company

Better food and drink options at the King Power and more choice

Celebrate former legendary players and perhaps give some of them scouting, coaching or academy roles maybe. The people who are passionate about us get them involved in the club again

Invest in the academy and make developing our own players the biggest part of the club's identity

Improve the matchday atmosphere and give UFS Freedom to do what they want

Change the pre-match song. Might be an unpopular opinion sorry but Jersey Budd's When You're Smiling isn't for me

Create a proper Leicester City Hall of Fame/museum somewhere

1 thing would be a global/local approach:

Leverage global finance and outlook, but build club success on Leicester's unique local identity and connection.

If we use that as a blueprint (like many brands and clubs before) then every decision will flow:

Statues - Ranieri, Morgan and Vardy.

Naming convention - Something that combines local ie Fosse, Freemen's, Filbert Way and sponsor name in an elegant way.

Ticket Policy - a simple one

Kit - put it to vote and youll have blue and white back.

Sponsors - back to Walkers please  **** BC Bollocks off.

Concourse Food selection - we invented Pork Pie, Stilton, are 1 of the curry capitols of the UK and have about 1 million local breweries. **** all the frozen shipped in stuff and cups of warm piss that pass as food and drink off and start again. For the love of godm

Youth policy - lets have a youth policy.

We just need to start thinking long term growth. The initial King Power growth plan wasn’t wrong, they’ve just run out of money I think.

Pull the trigger with the stadium upgrade

Scrap the loans from McQuarrie

Sort the seating colour.

Proper pricing strategy.

Drop the dodgy betting companies.

Reckon he'll stay.

The new owners may well want someone who knows the club inside and out to help out a bit.

Filbert will still be here so Im sure he can do that.

The design of the ground expansion was inspired by existing KP buildings. So any future development should completely move away from that. Give the fanbase pride in the stadium by overhauling it with a strong ‘LCFC’ focus. The post below was one suggestion for how to go about that.

The City of Leicester Stadium with a strong emphasis on incorporating the city's coat of arms, especially the Semper Eadem motto. This would build more of an affinity to the place and a stronger sense of local pride. Any city centre stadium should feel like it belongs to that area and the people should feel that way too.

The renders of the stadium expansion looked like a blue blister, proper shite

The bubble material is generally completely disliked in stadium design now. Basel ripped it off their stadium

Turn up more than 4 times a season

Then.....

Sack Rudkin, Herily and Davies.

Vardy statue on the away corner, Banks statue at the Kop End.

Drop prices in the club shop by 20%

Kids for a quid at all night games

Some of you seem (unsurprisingly) cheap :D

Me, OTOH, well, considering I've never attended any home match yet, I'm not really sure of anything a new owner could do purely by themselves to make ME happy :P (It's all about results on the pitch, right?)

I think that's a given that we need to go back to the previous strategy of buying young players possibly with something already to prove i.e Youri, Madds etc

Sign no players over 30 years of age would be a rough rule of thumb too

Crack on with the expansion, east stand and south stand but not the corners so it could be a nod to the double decker.

call the stadium the Claudio Ranieri Stadium.

statues of former legends of the club (Walsh, Banks, Vardy etc).

move away fans next to the kop like how it used to be at Filbert Street.

Don’t know if anyone’s mentioned it but bring back season cards for all those that want them and stop making me feel like a criminal every time I enter the ground with the pointless search.

If they treat fans like friends instead of customers then they won't go far wrong.

It’d be a start if we were treated like “valued” customers.

FoxesTalk can genuinely have a whip around the buy the club if it’s not sold in about 8 months, administrators aren’t going to need much to buy whatever is left
