He is a negative influence and we are trying to rebuild. He needs to know he is not bigger than the club and that he has played his last game here.

a) not pay a loan fee equivalent to his amortisation this season. So we lose some value on our balance sheet for nothing 

b) not pay wages as high as we are contracted to. So we will lose each month as we subsidise his wage whilst he plays elsewhere
